Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, sowohl in Küche, Badezimmer als auch Wohnzimmer. Sogar extra Poolhandtücher für den Rooftop Pool liegen bereit. Im Gebäude gibt es auch ein Fitnessstudio, welches kostenfrei benutzt werden kann. Die Betten sind bequem und sehr groß. Insgesamt wirkt das Apartement sehr modern und war sehr sauber. Der klassische, amerikanische Kühlschrank hat sowohl einen Eisspender als auch einen Trinkwasserspender. Die Innenstadt Nashvilles (Broadway etc.) ist fußläufig erreichbar in ca. 20 Minuten.

Es war schwierig Informationen über die Parkgebühren für eine Nacht zu erhalten. Erst auf Nachfrage bei Locale per Mail erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass pro Nacht 30$ Parkgebühren fällig würden. Daraufhin suchte ich lieber einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in einer nahegelegenen Seitenstraße. Direkt gegenüber des Apartmentgebäudes ist eine große Baustelle (Februar 2024). Der Baulärm war auch in der Wohnung zu hören, wenn auch in gedämpfter Lautstärke.

The apartment was nice, a bit farther from the original one I booked but the property changed it the day before due to an unforeseen incident.

A lot of dust in the bedroom. Floor was dirty with ALOT of dust and dirt under the bed and the beds were very uncomfortable

Clean and comfortable lots of business around all in walking distance would definitely stay here again

The property was in a great location with lots of things in walking distance. Access instructions were very easy and clear, and the property amenities were very nice and well taken care of!

Unfortunately, the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve slept on some firm mattresses before but this essentially felt like you were sleeping in the floor. We did reach out and they said all units had the same mattress but a mattress pad could possibly be dropped off but it was not. The couch was also very small, even for just two people. If it wasn’t for this I would have rated the place a 10!

The property is very new and was great, as is the location. The furniture is very comfortable and I felt safe and at home with the space.

Road noise from the interstate I-65 was noticeable at bedtime, but I slept through it.

Clean and modern room with lots of space and light in a good location in the Gulch. Close to nearby restaurants and short walk to Broadway. Included building amenities, like pool area and gym were also nice.

Room decor was stylish but sparse, and while there was plenty of space in the walk-in closets, there was very little surface space in the bedroom, such as dressers or nightstands, for setting down personal items. Lack of blackout curtains in bedrooms was noticeable but not a huge problem.

Central location. Walkable to a lot. Easy Uber rides. Clean condo. Full kitchen. Huge bathroom. Washer/Dryer. Rooftop pool!! Safe. Quiet.

Impeccably clean and beautiful room and overall facility! Location was within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub area was the prize! We even sacrificed spending the day on Broadway for relaxing on the dreamy rooftop. Will without a doubt stay here again for every Nashville trip! I’m incredibly jealous of the residents in that building who are lucky enough to live there :)

Lots of construction so it was loud and bedroom did not have light blocking shade so it was very bright it the morning.

Property was amazing, location was perfect in the Gulch a lovely area and then 20 minute walk into broadway. Pool and gym was exceptional and all facilities within the apartment were fantastic. 100% reccomend

Went with another couple and had two fobs but only one worked. They had a sign up about a pool party so we went but was asked to leave because we weren’t residents. They should have put residents only on their sign.

Location within walking distance to some hidden restaurant gems & shopping! Good vibe area!

I was allergic to something in the apartment, but made it work. And would stay here again!

The location was great and the apartment was simple and modern. The rooftop pool facilities were awesome.

The highway noise was a bit extreme and they did provide ear plugs for sleeping. The kitchen needed to be outfitted a bit better. If you were going to try and cook a meal you would have been missing some useful items. There were only 4 plates, glasses, etc. We also were supposed to receive a parking tag upon arrival, but it wasn't in either apartment we rented. So we had to go back and forth with customer service a few times to get that part resolved. I would say it was mostly clean, but not as clean as some I have stayed in.

The property has the most amazing rooftop pool and deck area with corn hole, ping pong, outdoor tables (shaded & not). We were close to many places in the Gulch!

Ice maker and coffeemaker did not work.

Everything was perfect great apartment and very well equipped and clean.

The only downside was on the day before we left one of the managers of aspire decided to lay down his law and humiliate my son who lit a cigarette up outside in the pool area were there aren't any NO SMOKING signs shouted at him to evacuate the pool area immediately and said he was going to come to our room after he spoke to locale to get us removed he was very unprofessional in my opinion my son is a grown man should not have been spoken to in that manner yet over the weekend everyone was smoking and drink not just cigarettes.

I really liked the location. It was close to the Gulch without being in the Gulch craziness which was wonderful!

The gym equipment could use a solid update, other than that, the stay was great!
