The whole Condo VRBO process with Vangie was smooth, over the top helpful, very responsive and the Condo was just as described but better. Comfortable living areas, beds (dreamy), and having washer/dryer was ideal. The location was magic. The condo is located on quiet grounds with easy parking access and walking to beach walks. Our stay was with 4 adults, each slept comfortably and enjoyed the Lanai in the mornings and evenings each day. Vangie has thought of everything to make this VRBO be like your home away from home. So many great things to mention about our stay but just super happy with the experience. I've stayed at many VRBOs and this is TOP NOTCH! :) WE WILL RETURN. things we LOVED: lanai, beds, comfortable living area, use of beach umbrella and chairs, location location location (close to Poipu beach, farmers markets, great places to eat, next to the hyatt for nice evening walking paths, watching the sunrise). best memory - our final day at the condo we enjoyed a DOUBLE RAINBOW straight out the Lanai patio. pure Magic. perfect ending to a lovely trip. Vangie recommended things for us to do around the island. we followed them all and it was PERFECT! We stayed at Vangie’s place It was a beautiful place in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The condo was decorated beautifully, the ocean views were mesmerizing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. We loved eating meals on the lanai staring at the waves on Shipwreck Beach.

Our group had a great stay here while attending a wedding at the Grand Hyatt. Shipwreck beach is a short walk away too! Vangie was super helpful with her instructions and kept in close contact when we experienced an issue with the dishwasher. We loved enjoying our brunch on the lanai overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

The host was fantastic. The home was great , a little dated but well appointed. I believe the new owner is in the process of a remodel. The beds were very comfortable. The covered Lanai was a great place for our meals. Overall a terrific stay and the price is great for what this home offers. I have already recommended this home to some friends that are coming to the island this summer. Thanks for letting us stay at your home!

The condo was exactly as described and was the most well stocked condo I have ever rented from VRBO. Vangie is a tremendous host. Our visit could not have been better.

We enjoyed 10 days here in Feb/March. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great furnishings in the living area and outdoor deck. You really can’t beat this view

We went with another couple and spent a week and had a wonderful stay at Vangie's condo. She's the new owner and has completely updated the furniture. The lanai is perfect to catch the sunrise, the beds are comfortable, the two bedrooms are separated for privacy (we stayed with another couple), and the new furnishings make for a wonderful place to stay. You can easily walk to the Hyatt, and Shipwreck Beach, and the Greenbelt walkway connects Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. Vangie is easy to communicate with, which really helps. We'd stay there again, and highly recommend it to others.

The unit was as listed with a great view of the grounds and ocean. We had all we needed and the unit was stocked well with the essentials. The owner was responsive when needed and the property was perfect for 4 adults. This is an easy recommendation property.

We loved the lanai which was shaded nearly all day so we enjoyed all our meals looking at the beautiful views. There were enough fans to take advantage of the trade winds to cool the condo ; without the trade winds the second bedroom was pretty warm. The kitchen is fully stocked and made cooking easy. A few maintenance items need attention but nothing that impacted our stay.

We loved the balcony with its beautiful view! The property is beautiful, and we enjoyed the relatively short, pretty walks to the beaches. The condo is also a short drive to many restaurants, shopping areas, and a grocery store, so the location was great. The condo stayed cool due to a nice breeze throughout, but the humidity was high, which made us miss having AC at times. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and we appreciated having the beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach towels. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything was easy, it worked great for the three of us having the master bedroom and second bedroom with 2 twin beds. It is on the third floor with no elevator so getting our giant suitcases up to the condo was difficult but I really appreciated having the beach chairs, beach towels, and washer and dryer.

It was open, spacious, and beautiful. A sigh of happiness escaped me the moment I stepped into the condo. So wonderful.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful three nights stay in this condo ( mind you, it’s on the 3rd floor ) The location is perfect as it is very close to 2 shopping plazas and few incredible local eateries in the town of Koloa. The condo is well equipped with everything you may need ( cooking or going to the beach and tons of bath towels ) The view from balcony is amazing…especially for sunrise. Highly recommend for anyone who is planning a trip to this area.

Our family of four with two teens loved this condo. It was very spacious and clean. We loved sitting out on the Lanai every morning/evening enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything someone may need to make a big meal. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Poipu. I would recommend this condo to couples or families. The condo is on the third story, with no elevator, but that was not an issue for us.

The condo is clean and beautiful, the lanai is spacious with beautiful view. Would recommend to anyone.

After a 14 hour flight we arrived at the unit. Parking is not very close and after hauling 4 suitcases up 3 very narrow flights of stairs, we walk in to the unit to discover it did not have air conditioning. We contacted the owner who said there are multiple fans to use and enjoy the ocean breeze. The fan in the master bedroom was filthy. The unit was not acceptable so we did not stay a single night. Not what we were expecting. We checked with the nearby Hyatt and they couldn't get us in for 2 days. The owner of the unit told us we could stay for 2 nights and she would only charge us for one. We went to the Hyatt and explained our situation and they were able to get us in for our full stay. We contacted the owner and told her we would not be staying in the unit at all. We have only received a partial refund. We were also charged a cleaning fee for a unit that was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived and we didn't spend more than 15 minutes in.

We appreciated everything about this Condo. If we ever decide to visit Kauai again this will be where we stay. It’s beautiful inside and out.

What an amazing view of mountains and ocean from this large unit! We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even snorkeling equipment. The very large patio was great for morning coffee and evening drinks. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates and glassware. Overall a great experience.

Easy to get to from the airport.....GPS takes you right there. Love the location for the South side of Kauai. The unit has a beautiful ocean view and the kitchen is well stocked with all sorts of appliances. It had boogie boards, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and fins for you to use. The unit is clean , quiet and comfortable.

My family of four used this unit for our spring break vacation. The location was wonderful - we could walk or take very short car rides to anything we needed or wanted to do. We enjoyed snorkeling and daily sightings of both the green sea turtles and monk seals. The property was very well maintained and offered lovely views. We slept with the screened sliding glass door open so we could hear the waves and wake up with the sunrise and enjoyed our coffee and meals on the balcony. The unit was well-stocked - anything you would need in a kitchen, plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Impeccably cleaned. A note to those planning a visit - book your tours in advance - we held off booking in in order to consider weather forecasts and ended up missing out on zip lining. We only made it on a kayak tour when someone else cancelled. Of course we were still able to keep ourselves plenty occupied and luckily had brought our own snorkels so we could still enjoy that on our own. Was a great home base for our visit to Kauai - thank you!
