My stayed was good while i was there but after i left the property owner started harassing and blowing up my phone. I had pay the property damage protection and my friend was sick and throw up, there were no cleaning supplies to clean it up, no broom nothing. the owner texted me afterwards letting me know and i told him what happened and that there were nothing for us to clean and that i already paid my protection plan. He keeps harassing me and saying he’s gon take me to court. I was told by vrbo they already paid my damages but the house owner stay blowing up my phone and won’t leave me alone. It’s been bad since then and he just ruined my week and won’t stop texting my phone.

Great spot fairly close to everything you could want to see. Host was super responsive and very helpful with any and all questions. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Close to everything , easy , clean.

The location was right on spot, everything was centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment is gorgeous! We thought because we were so close to the hospital that we would hear the Care Flight, but we slept soundly. Yaya was quick to answer any question we had via email. This is our spot the next time we come to Philly and we will be coming back. Thank you Yaya!

nice location and ammenities

This place had great style and everything we needed (minus oven mits :) ) for our stay. I loved everything about it and the price was very reasonable. The owner gets an A+ on communicating back to you with a quick timely manner. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores!

This was a great place to stay for our short visit to Philly. Easy check-in, comfortable beds and lovely space for relaxing. Our girls loved having the top floor to themselves. Walkable to many delicious restaurants. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had what was needed - including dropping off an umbrella during a summer storm. Would definitely recommend!

Nice apartment with everything my family of 5 needed for a quick stay. Very communicative host, easy check in.

Listing had extra pics which confused me. There is now a wall between kitchen and living room and doors that close. Definitely only two beds one up, one down. Could use extra touches and attention. Definitely not as well equipped as our last and other VRBOs. Wanted to cook spaghetti our last night and all I saw was one big dutch oven sized pot, nothing else smaller. First VRBO I’ve stayed at that I didn’t cook. Perhaps owner just doesn’t want to have extra things to wash but please consider: you need to have at least a couple of real fabric kitchen towels in the kitchen! To use a paper towel every single time to dry your hands is so wasteful. Also consider an entry rug and at least one rug in kitchen. Additional recommendations: There should be hooks in the entry for jackets. There needs to be another bar in the upstairs bathroom to hang a second person’s towel. (There was a hook on the very top of the door and one on wall near the corner by the door but you’d have to be 6 ft 5 to reach it. Seriously what the heck?) Change your trash cans. All too small and all step to open - irritating, not convenient, esp in bathroom. We brought our own vacuum and vacuumed our 2nd and last day. We also swept and were told to take out the trash. Baseboards are noticeably dirty and need attention. Positive? Great location. Within walking distance of so much. Yellow Bicycle Canteen has great food!!
