It was comfortable though my room was facing to the next bldg and the blind had to be down all the time. I’m not sure how destination fee is calculated but $138 for 4nights that covers Wi-Fi, 2 bottles of water everyday (some days I didn’t drink two), bag storage fee…etc was a bit too much, I thought. I wish Hotels.com shows all costs on the website including destination fee. Also, small refg in each room would be nice.

The hotel is fine, however there was a big push to be mobile, even giving us a card with a QR code to log into the wifi.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. Only downfall is the size of the room. Room size cause you not to have a refrigerator or microwave. Friendly staff.

It was a really nice hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room (and hotel) were very modern, which I liked. My BIGGEST issue was the size of the room. It was so small; it didn't have a closet, or fridge, or microwave. The bathroom was basically the same size of the 'living' area, which was such a waste of space. The bathroom, while very modern and clean (tub! which you don't see anymore in newer hotels) however, it had so much wasted space. The sink didn't have a lot of counter area so I found myself not know where to put things I needed. There was an area in the bathroom that was completely empty - would've been helpful if there was a counter in that space. The room was just that, a queen bed (no side tables so I had to charge my phone in an outlet that was next to my head, on the wall, and leave it on the bed with me). I had to put my clothes on some coat hooks that were nailed to the wall - which wasn't helpful at all. There was also a super small desk - barely any room for a laptop and anything else. Maybe these things don't matter to everyone, but felt as though they needed to be mentioned. Again, clean and friendly staff.

We stayed in a superior queen room on the 28th floor for three nights. The Employees at the front desk, were extremely helpful and friendly. They stored Our luggage until the 3 PM check-in, which went very smoothly. The infused water and coffee on the second floor was very much appreciated after our trip. The 5 to 7 happy hour is a very nice amenity. The room itself is on the small side, but very efficiently arranged. It was very clean, with daily housekeeping And bottled water provided in the room. I could hear some noise night, but fortunately I wear earplugs so I slept Soundly. The best things about this hotel, were the helpful staff and the convenient location within walking distance of at least three subway stations and plentiful, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Special shout out to Angelica, who is the best hotel manager in New York City! We hope to be coming back to stay at the FIDI again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was small, but I would stay again. Although we did not have coffee in the room it was on the second floor, had a nice quiet time in the morning drinking my coffee on the balcony. The staff was very polite and helpful. Right around the corner, there is Fraunces Tavern, it had wonderful food and atmosphere, I wish we had gone at the beginning of our trip, I would have gone back multiple times to eat. Has a lot of history to it. The hotel is close enough to walk to many places and the Big Bus tour stops are right around the corner. Check with the front desk to get the QDR code for your discounts.

When I arrived for my room at had to wait in the lobby for an hour before my room was ready. I was told it would be ready at 3pm and I waited till 4pm. I went to the front desk again at 4pm and they let me know my room was ready but no one came over to tell me.

Front desk staff was very professional and well groom. My room was serviced everyday. Only problem was that the shower door can"t close properly but my house keeper got me on that,and the elevator keep banging right the night, but overall lovely property.

Staff to a person were extraordinary they were kind and helpful I can't say enough about them all of them althea particular went out of her way I was delighted to be on the company of all of them

In the beginning I was a little disappointed by how small the room was. As we explored the city we realized how nice the property was, we realized how great the area was, how convenient transportation was from that area. The food options in the area were nice. The staff was lovely! Very satisfied with our stay at The FIDI Hotel.

I can't say enough of how GREAT our stay was at FIDI! From the 1st day to the last day, it was amazing. The location allowed for easy trips to uptown or the outer borough. The staff was stellar! Always thoughtful, very positive, appreciative, and caring. They tended to our needs without hesitation and I witnessed the same care to other guests. The accommodations were perfect. I didn't spend much time in the room, but it was lovely when I did. Very clean and the decor was fun, modern, and tasteful. I truly will stay here again and look forward to seeing familiar faces. Customer satisfaction 100% Get the front desk a place to sit, they earned it!!!!

Nice boutique type hotel in the financial district. Rooms your typical New York size though we had a Superior room booked. Staff friendly and lots of metro stations nearby. Prefer the location to midtown which tends to be more busy with tourists.

It was a fantastic stay. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great shower and bathroom.

Overall the hotel was decent. Not intended for long stays, we stayed 9 nights and that was a bit much for the small space. Trash was also a problem, we were instructed to leave it outside of our door however, it took an abnormal amount of time for it to be relocated. They also say you get a free bottle of water everyday but that was not accurate. Read the fine print about charges assessed at the property.

Just an overall good time

While it appears to have a bar, they do not. That said, there are many options in the area. I asked the front desk for directions a couple of times and very helpful.

I stayed here to attend a concert by myself at South Street Seaport and wanted to know I could walk back safely by myself. The staff was great! I am so thrilled. I found this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This was a last-minute booking, and it was great. Front Desk was professional yet friendly & humorous. The suite I had was amazing with the terrace area overlooking Stone Street and the river. The only item the room could use are small tables near the sofa so you can put down a glass or plate...shy of that it was a great stay

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Fidi Hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to nice restaurants and train station. Great staff and clean. Highly recommended!

Extremely clean, very quiet, and well managed hotel. We had a great stay, the room was on the smaller side (but it’s NYC) but well furnished and very cleaned. You get free coffee in the morning and water throughout the day in a nice relax area at level 2. Close to south ferry and 9/11 memorial, it’s a perfect place to explore the bustling city from the tranquillity of FiDi. Great experience overall.

Great location and a wonderful boutique hotel

Booked this place because it was more affordable than the other options with decent rating. The hotel was difficult to find at first, thought it was odd there was no outdoor signage. When we arrived the staff was not welcoming and seemed annoyed by my questions. The room itself was tight but nice. Parking was a few blocks away which was expected and the hotel gets what they called a discounted rate but paying directly through the parking place was actually cheaper unless the hotel staff gave us the wrong rate. The lack of clarity was frustrating and again even the next day when I asked a questions, staff seemed a bit annoyed.

Everything at our short stay was very nice. Great location. Kind and helpful staff.
