All the thoughtful details in service add up to create the most incredibly welcoming and magically luxurious experience. The rooms are spacious and excellently laid out. The breakfast is varied and decadent. The seaside pool surrounded by well manicured gardens is hypnotic. The heated infinity pool in the quad is romantic and perfect for a pre sleep swim.

Design, location, tranquility, overall friendly staff

Most of the staff did not speak English very well so was difficult to explain small requests or complaints. On the last evening in the cocktail bar, our son spilled a milkshake and they cleaned it up but didn’t propose to make a new one. Maybe because it was just before new year but quality of my cocktail (Pina colada) was also poorly made. We paid a lot for an extra bed but it was very shaky for our 13 year old. We stayed there 4 nights and nobody asked us during our stay (eg after 1-2 nights) if everything is ok or if there can be anything improved… Overall the checkout process was disappointing, they asked us to pay the bill but did not ask how our stay was, any recommendations, etc … There was no farewell after sleeping there 4 nights and spending more than 10m in drinks/dinners. It felt after we paid that we were not important anymore as guests … It looked like there was a manager sitting next to reception but he was also not interested in talking to the guests about our experience Overall we were very happy in the hotel but attention to guests can be improved, especially for the price per night we paid (almost 300 usd/night)t

The resort is new and clean. The breakfast buffet is great. Pool and beach are nice. Room service is three times per day.

Все очень понравилось. Очень чисто, красивые номера, безупречный персонал. Давно не видела такой твердой пятерки. Прекрасные завтраки. Брали номер повыше категории, подороже, но как оказалось зря, друзья жили в обычном номере, номера практически одинаковые.

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, der Pool mit der Palmen- Allee atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein echter Hingucker, ein großes Lob an den Designer. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Die Yoga Stunden zum Sonnenaufgang am Strand, waren das absolute Highlight.

In Gegensatz zu anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in Vietnam war das Personal in The Anam, bis auf sehr wenige Ausnahmen, sehr schlecht ausgebildet. Ich erwarte mir kein perfektes Englisch, aber wenn man mich an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant garnicht versteht ist das mühsam, weiters zeigt sich das Personal wenig motiviert oder hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück geht leider nur bis 10:00, nichts für Langschläfer im Urlaub. Die Preise im Restaurant sind ein Witz. Nur als Beispiel: ein liebloser, kleiner Chicken Burrito kommt auf 15€, dafür kann ich gegenüber im local Restaurant eine ganze Familie ernähren und bekomme besseres Essen. Das Resultat: wir haben jeden Abend auswärts gegessen. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar die Tür ins Schloss fallen lässt, bebt das ganze Zimmer. Das Trinkwasser das vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt wird, schmeckt nach Chlor.

호텔 내부 공간, 객실, 수영장이 예쁘고 신식이라 깔끔합니다. 샤워필터 써도 물 깨끗했다고 합니다. 호텔 마사지도 너무 좋았어서 2번 받았습니다! 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 룸서비스는 햄버거랑 감튀 정말 맛있었어요! 또 밤 9시까지 수영할 수 있는데 저녁에는 이용객이 거의 없어서 전세낸듯 수영장 사용하고 별 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요.

전반적으로 모든 직원이 친절하신데 ‘손님 몰려서 바쁠때 한정’ 직원들이 너무 정신이 없어요ㅠㅠ 바빠서 그러신건지 아니면 신입직원이 많아서 그런건지 모르겠네요…서로 커뮤니케이션도 잘 되지 않는지 예를 들면 체크인 준비되면 메신저로 알려주겠다고 했는데 생각해보니 아이디 알려준 적도 없었고 부킹닷컴으로 연락도 안왔고... 이외에도 현금 보증금 대신 카드 오픈해놨는데 룸서비스 직원이 보증금 없다고 하질 않나, 친구 커플이 미리 체크아웃했는데 저희 방키도 만료되서 문 안열리고…이래저래 일이 많았습니다. 물론 크리스마스 시즌에 갔고 베트남이니 응대나 서비스가 느린 부분은 충분히 이해하지만 그래도 가격이나 성급 대비 서비스가 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Location. Beautiful pools. Delicious buffet. Great private beach. Lovely and helpful staff.

The hotel is new so still a long way from being perfect. Staff are slow when ordering drinks at Buffett. Impossible to get any staff for poolside service. There is a button to press but it seems like it does nothing. Design of room is not great. Small rooms and no bathroom privacy in any of the rooms. Try an avoid the rooms facing the road as they are too noisy. We had to ask for another room facing the pool and beach, away from the road.

New, clean and a lovely resort in Mui Ne. Great location on the main strip. Great Buffett breakfast. Staff friendly and nice. This resort has so much potential but not quite there yet.

The rooms are very small and the bathroom is practically in the room and only partitioned off by a curtain. A bit of a stupid design if you want privacy after a shower or bath. The resort is very expensive for what you get. Upon arrival we received a room facing the street. These are the worst rooms as they are noisy from all the traffic on the main strip. After complaining we were given a couple of other upgrade options and eventually were given rooms looking out to the pool and beach away from all the street noise. Staff at the buffet are very slow in bringing out drinks. Some morning it would take 15 min to get a coffee and sometimes orders were incorrect. Given it is a new resort, they need some additional training in this area. Most staff were lovely though except some of the men who looked like they didn’t want to be there. A stark different from the Anam Cam Ranh. Special mention to the staff member who located a lost time for us and had it transported to HCMC for me. Thank you !!!

Amazing! Det här är det bästa hotellet vi har bott på! Servicen är enastående, omgivningarna är underbart vackra och rummen likaså. Maten på bägge restaurangerna är riktigt bra, stora portioner och vällagat. Detaljer som dofter, ljussättning och inredning är enastående.

När det hölls bröllop så hade personalen fullt upp vilket påverkade servicen för övriga gäster

Beautiful property with two pools. Pool staff was very attentive and always ready to attend for food, drinks and setting up sunbeds and towels. Good dining options. The room was extremely clean.

There is not much outside the resort, you must have a car/taxi to reach other restaurants or shops. Many families with kids at both pools which makes it a bit loud.

Large rooms, nice design and superb breakfast

Very well appointed rooms and attentive staff who looked after us very well. Breakfast selection was excellent and the coffee by hte barista was exceotional. Overall, a wonderful destination for a family holiday.

The hotel is along the strip of resorts by the beach so it can get pretty busy by the beach. The kite surfers can make it quite dangerous for beach users who may just want to soak in the beach.

This resort is relatively new, and has got a great vibe. I'd say it's the best in town. The staff here is exceptional. Always friendly and going above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. Thanks Phu and Anh, and everybody else who were so helpful! All the facilities are in good condition, what you see on the website is what you get. The same cannot be said with some other options. There are plenty of free facilities for guests including the beach, two swimming pools, a gym, an activity room for kids and one recreation room for adults. If you don't mind spending a little extra, the spa was wonderful and well worth it. The restaurant was also a highlight. We ordered a set menu and not only were the portions generous, the quality was top-tier. They also organise local tours for their guests. All the tours in the area are structured pretty much the same, and in comparison to what we found online, here the pricing was actually very reasonable and comes with much better, tailored service.

If I have to nitpick, I'd say the location is slightly further from the main town than others, but really it is just a short taxi ride away, and there really isn't that much going on in town anyway so we never felt like we needed to be out during our stay.

The location for retreat

L’hôtel est à la hauteur de ses étoiles, et très paisible par rapport à l’agitation de cette zone hyper touristique. Le cadre est très agréable et le personnel souriant. Le PDJ buffet est excellent avec un choix très varié. Quant à la chambre elle est conforme au descriptif.

Service … never someone at pool or beach part for drinks or food. And once you order it takes quit long. Also the English for hospitality service was very poor , especially at reception .

Die Anlage! Der traditionelle luxuriösesten Stil und die atemberaubende malerische Aussicht auf die Fischerboote die zwischen den Palmen vorbei tuckern. A la carte war total lecker der Bubble Tea Panna Cotta und der Vietnam Avocado Coffe… davon werde ich noch zurück in Deutschland schwärmen. Wir hatten eine Art Hauptmanager namens Eric der im Hintergrund stets dafür gesorgt hat dass wir zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit umsorgt wurden. Eine tolle Vietnamesische Art. Das Personal war immer sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Etwaige (seltene!) Verständnisprobleme machen sie mit Charme und größtem Bemühen weg. Wir sind täglich auf eigene Faust nach Phan Tiet reingefahren. So hatten wir den extremen Kontrast zum einheimischen Stadtleben & Street Food zu Resortleben in absoluter Idylle. Wenn man darauf Wert legt kann man sich auch gut alle Massagen, Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche komplett vom Ressort organisieren lassen und seine Seele baumeln lassen. Es war einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die wir je hatten (und wir kommen ganz schön rum), vielen Dank dafür!
