Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area.

I had a great stay with Oscar and Galina in their main floor guest room. They were very responsive with their communications prior to and during my stay. The room was comfortable and feedback was well received about ways to improve their accommodation. I enjoyed some visiting and sharing stories about their cultural heritage and interests in new ventures.

there are really no words to describe how our experience was.. The owner was really nice and out going, huge help on where to park for the night, & great communication. On the other side of things, the main front door into the suite didn't close or lock, had to have a chair against it to keep it shut. We went to a concert and had our last guest show up late to see the front door wide open.. like the front door has a mind of its own. The whole suite smelled like cat piss.. there was no baseboard heaters.. or heat at all, all evening, and night until the morning when the upstairs owner turned it on for him..

Litter box needs to be changed much more frequently, and shower sliding doors seemed in danger of breaking free or falling out

Property was nice and spacious. Well appointed. Would stay again if smell of cat litter wasn’t so strong.

Good space for our family. Only comment would be to have the bath towels softer, use more fabric softener.

I did not get a chance to meet the owner and the people I dealt with did not speak English so it was a little hard to communicate. Although, Oscar was quick to call back and answer my questions. Overall was a good stay for what we needed but the master bed was like sleeping on a boxspring.

Oscar was very pleasant and wonderful at giving us prompt access to the unit. The unit was very clean and welcoming and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Abbotsford.

Comfy and clean. Coffee in room. Upstairs has to learn that swearing filters down and does NOT enhance the stay.

Overall, the property worked well for our family of 5, we had a great sleep, and the hosts were responsive to our needs.

We didn't like that at about midnight there was a loud rustling in the kitchen area. When I went out it stopped... 2 more times and when I turned on the light I saw a flash out of the corner of my eye... not sure what it was but it was a rodent of some sort... and evidence on the table... a bag of chips ripped open and a plastic bag with buns eaten through. I didn't sleep the rest of the night. When I sent a message reporting to the owner he promptly responded and came to see me... but he said "what can I do? People leave doors open" that is NOT how rodents enter.

A nice clean place. Plenty of room and comfortable. Very fair price for a nice suite. Oscar seems very nice. We would stay again

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Oscar was very kind and even offered coffee and homemade Turkish breakfast in the morning. Delicious! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had lots of tea and coffee available. Even an espresso machine. Water pressure was great. I visited with my 2 dogs and they took the initiative to bring us extra blankets for them to be comfortable. Look forward to staying again! Thank you very much for your kindness!

The unit was meticulously clean, cozy, new furniture and beds are very comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay. The hosts Oscar and Galina are hospitable and very friendly people. They offered me traditiinal Turkish food and drinks. Before choosing this unit for my short stay I have noticed one negative review but I checked all other sites reviews connected to this property and all are very positive and guests are very happy. I am extremely happy with all their services and location. I will always stay at Oscar and Galina if I need to stay in Abbotsford again. It is better than hotel. I highly recommend this unit to other potential guests.

Unfortunately both couches in the home had been housing rodents. Love seat had cushions chewed with foam visible on top of seats after being chewed. Flip out couch had chewing inside and lots of rodent turds. The droppings were found inside of cupboards and behind washing machine. I found turd behind bed on the floor. When we got to next B&B granddaughter emptied out her babies travel bag and a dropping came out of his packed bag. This is just the inside. Beds had been cleaned and made. Rodent dealings are just not acceptable and or safe

It was amazing, the host was incredible!! I asked ahead of time if it was posible to have dinner, so they prepared the nos delicious Turkish dinner I have ever had. I felt almost like home. The room was incredible, everything very clean and comfortable. Nice clean kitchen, good coffee and very complete kitchen if you need to cook anything. Totally recommend this place.
