The customer service is great. We had little incident with the kitchen curtains as soon as we arrived and they were very friendly and acted fast. The apartment is quite spacious and cozy. Great value for money! As soon as you pay for the deposit, they send you the door code.

I only knew that we had to make a deposit for possible damages 1 day before arrival. They should specify that in the booking details. Also, there could be a microwave, dish cloth and floor towel for the bathroom.

Appartamento a pochi metri dalla fermata Florenc della metro (e anche alla fermata di bus e tram) che permetteva di arrivare in centro in pochissimi minuti. Non presenti chiavi in quanto ogni porta dell'edificio era collegata ad un tastierino numerico, l'host ci ha comunicato un codice univoco per noi che ci permetteva di aprirle senza problemi. L'appartamento presentava il corridoio d'entrata, una cucina (non utilizzata), un bagno e la camera da letto. Il bagno non era grande però aveva tutti i servizi necessari (tranne il bidet), compresa la lavatrice (non utilizzata). La camera da letto era composta da 3 letti singoli: non molto morbidi i materassi ma comunque buoni. Presenti tre scrivanie che sono risultate utili come appoggio. Non presenti armadi per i vestiti ma solo un attaccapanni che è bastato per le nostre necessità.

Siamo stati forniti di un solo asciugamano a testa e alla richiesta di averne uno aggiuntivo ci sono stati chiesti 3€ l'uno: in altri viaggi abbiamo sempre trovato minimo due asciugamani a testa, che a livello igienico è meglio. I cuscini non erano uniformi e si sprofondava al loro interno. Mancanza di balconi o tapparelle per evitare l'entrata della luce dalla finestra al mattino, le tende scure non sono bastate.

only thing i didn't like was that an advertising board was over our window but on the other hand it did stop insects from flying in and you can't really blame anyone for that. so in fairness it is basically faultless:)

Location is a in the city center. Apartment is neat and tidy.

In my several years of travel apartment comes with towel. This apartment did not provide towels and neither explicitly mentioned to bring own towel.

It would be even better if there were shutters. It can not only block sunlight, but also ventilate.

Stay Away from this property, i was forced to stay there with kids without any fan or AC in 38c Temperature. Booking was non refundable and when i arrived at the property, owner said he cannot provide a fan because of high demand in very hot weather. Contacted booking.com for a refund.

There were no towels in the apartment. I sent a message about it and even though we stayed there for a couple of nights (so enough time to receive a response), the host never responded.

Overall it was a very good stay, the apartment was clean and spacious, the beds were cozy and we had a good time! Also great position in the city.

The kitchen table was too small for four people, and there were only two pans of medium size. The apartment could be rented up to six people and two small pans are not going to make it. Also it would be nice a hairdryer and one floor towel for the bathroom.

They need a fan or air conditioning. A toaster, microwave, clothes airer. TV that can be changed into English. Cooking oil salt and pepper. I know they are just starting out so above is just what long haul traveller are looking for

The place location is 15 min walking distance to the "old town" and 7 with the Tram (it is well connected). The place was clean and comfortable

I didn't get any answer from the host when I was leaving. I wouldn't know if I could leave my luggage somewhere after the check out so I had to carry it.

nice apartment, clean and ok for short stay

there are no curtains!!! the light is there at 5am! it is a glass house, you can not sleep and get rest.

There were no blinds in either the kitchen or bedroom, so there was no privacy and we were woken up as soon as the sun started to rise. We also were only given one roll of toilet roll the entire stay, when we asked for more we were ignored. The kitchen also lacked certain utensils and amenities.
