The property inside was large and clean upon entry. Located an Eagle River, Alaska, which is about 15 minutes to Anchorage and is a reason we chose to stay there. Bathroom, shampoo and soap was supplied and plenty of linens for our trip. The Internet service there was reliable and fast.

The property is located and what looks like a basement. You have to walk down a flight of steps to some very uneven and rocky pathway that if you were in your mid 50s or older, would struggle to get down safely. As a 56-year-old man with some minor knee trouble I definitely struggled. we stayed a total of nine days and had just three rolls of toilet paper provided. Ended up having to purchasing a few more rolls to complete the trip. The back alley was nearly impossible while we were there due to construction going on. The parking spot provided was rather difficult to get into so I ended up parking in the front of the property and a driveway at the bottom. was difficult to find the entrance from the instructions and the keypad was not lit so I had to figure out how to work it.

It was ok.

No light at outside door. None in fridge, oven, over stove. Rocks really hard to walk on. Back alley so over grown, couldn't drive in. Fell on stairs on side of building. Not as pictured The people arriving in the middle of the night above us spent a lot of time stomping around and dropping suitcases, waking us for a considerable amount of time. And then it was hard to get back to sleep.

Clean, comfortable and nice area.
