Hotel is relatively new, clean, modern

The location was not the most accessible, and made it difficult to get taxis

Breakfast was not good though.

Limited breakfast service. Also, although staff helped with travel adaptors, they don’t seem to understand how adaptors work.

Our experience was HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE. I will rate this hotel ZERO if available. For that reason, we won't be staying in this hotel anymore. My family and I stayed in Novotel all over Europe, Dubai and Singapore. My husband as a matter of fact a is Platinum member. Therefore, I decided to book in this hotel. But this hotel in Mandaluyong is by far TERRIBLE in every way!!! Our experience in this hotel is really really terribly horrible from the very start. I booked 2 rooms. One of the room is ready by 4pm when we arrived. Reception told us that the other room is getting ready. So we wait, I had to call at 530 to follow-up the room and then that's the only time they said it is ready. If I didn't follow-up, nobody would probably call to inform us. Come breakfast! We arrived at half 8 and all food containers are empty. Even the juice pitchers are empty. No fresh fruit. When I asked the staff, she said sorry we do not have any more fruit. Mind you it is only 9 in the morning. Every service in this hotel is very slow. The staff doesn't seem to be happy especially the 2 staff in the egg making section. The most terrible experience we had is that we were supposed to have dinner outside on the night of our arrival. We had missed dinner because our car was blocked by another car and the security personnel couldn't find the owner of the car that was blocking our car. We had to order a Grab car service to be able to leave the hotel on that night to eat dinner in Makati. To make matters worst, nobody nobody as in nobody from the hotel management approached me about the issue as if nothing happened!

The staff were great and very helpful, the shops in the comples and cafe were an added bonus thati enjoyed.

Very small swimming pools that lose the sun early , the restraunt times and availability was my main issue working European hors the breakfast finished too early and the room service / retraunt were closed by the time i was back, this was poor and meant i had little options for food, also the general availability of the restraunt was an issue it was fully booked to often at weekends .

Everything was good

The views were amazing and at night it was very beautiful looking at the city, the space was amazing and there staff were very warm and welcoming, very nice and helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel, one of the best experiences and stays I've had in the Philippines, will definitely be coming here again soon and recommending to friends and family 10/10 I loved it 😊

Poor breakfast. Also the personell was good but some a bit rude.
