The rooms are more or less clean but not as aspected from an Resort in this category, which means dust on mirrors and cleaning by house keeping was more or less focused on speed than cleaning

Nous étions des marcheurs du GR34 (en autonomie, donc avec nos gros sacs) et nous avons été accueillis comme n’importe quel autre client avec un sourire chaleureux, de l’amabilité et toutes les informations nécessaires… un accueil extrêmement agréable 😊

Rien… nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps mais il fallait bien reprendre la route !!!

Nice room although the 'garden' suites overlook the local car park. Overall very comfortable: quiet at night, dark, and a comfortable bed. Good-sized balcony although the bar was also very welcoming. Breakfast was mostly very good - the nut and fruit bread was lovely - although it's a mystery why a property of this quality uses bog-standard machines that serve, frankly, undrinkable coffee. Perhaps the worst I've had in France. Great location just across from the beach.

For hygiene, would prefer a handbasin to be in the toilet cubicle. To be extremely picky, the remote control for the TV was impossibly complicated, and the room was designed for looks rather than comfort. For example, the uneven 'rock' bedside table was a bit too far away from the bed. But I would certainly come back again.

Nice specious rooms

They require swiming cap for swiming pool which extremly odd first hotel in my life who needs that .

The room was large and had nice views out to sea. Breakfast choice was also very good, but sometimes the food wasn’t replenished quickly enough at busy times. The pool was nice to relax in after a day out walking and sightseeing.

I feel that parking should be included in the room price, as it is quite expensive, but I guess there probably aren’t enough spaces for all residents. The evening meal was also expensive for what we experienced

The spa, pool, breakfast were very good.

The phone in my room didn’t work during the entire stay. I have informed the reception, they said will send someone, but nobody came. Even to book a restaurant I had to physically go to reception because of the telephone, which didn’t work.

Immaculately clean and comfortable rooms with an efficient layout and comfortable beds. Ocean view and balcony was lovely. We didn’t use any spa services or the pool. It was a great location to walk to beach, restaurants and shops.

They need to add a shelf in the otherwise fantastic shower. You literally have to put your soap, shampoo, etc on the floor.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had high expectations after reading the other reviews, and it didn't disappoint. Although it was more than we would normally spend on a hotel, we considered it excellent value for money. The facilities were absolutely top notch, the food and service were also great.

Just a small point, but it would be good to cater a bit more for vegans and people with dairy allergies - having things like soya milk available at breakfast (which was otherwise excellent) would normally be something I'd expect at a hotel of this price.

spa pool was awkward

Brand new, very well decorated stylish Hotel with absolutely great SPA! Good breakfast, comfortable parking. We really loved time we spent in the hotel. Weather was terrible, but due to the great facility we didn`t feel that our weekend was ruined. We had amazing time in Thalasso, plaid table games in comfortable lounge with super friendly bartender, had nice dinner (fixed daily menu) in restaurant, so we had everything what is needed for the perfect weekend escape. Young man in restaurant who served out table during dinner, bartender in lobby and gentleman who welcomed us in restaurant for breakfast – all of them are extremely polite, friendly and professional!

Probably because Hotel is still new there are some issues with the staff. So this information mostly for administration to pay attention and fix before season: We celebrated my husband's BD in the hotel. For this purpose I contacted reception 2 weeks before arrival to book table in the restaurant. No one replied during the week. So I sent one more message via direct web site. the same result. One week after I`ve got strange message via booking and asked again if it`s possible to book table. After some conversation I was informed that table is booked. Please see attached print screen. When we arrived (right on the day of BD) I was informed on reception that they never received any messages from me and they don`t have any reservation for me but they will try to book now. When we came to resonant some really rude lady informed us that since we booked table too late they have only one aisle table. Meanwhile table near the window, which we asked, was not occupied during all evening… All night this lady was extremely rude with us and we even had to complain to her manager. Next day her attitude has been improved 😊 Then, next day we booked table for dinner on reception and when we came to restaurant they again informed us that they don`t have reservation! They found good table for us, but in general it was super strange to have issue with table 2 days in a row… Couple more comment regarding room service. Small details, which didn`t impact our weekend of course, but still. We were 5 friend and booked 3 rooms, our friends in the double room got 2 bottles of water for 2 of them, which were renewed next day. Our friend who stood in single got 1 bottle which again was renewed next day. We`ve got 1 bottle for 2 of us which was never renewed. We usually celebrate our BD in different hotels and it`s super rarely when Hotel doesn’t welcome us with some small cake or bottle of vine or postcard.

young lady who served in the hotel restaurant evening of April 11 (we complaint to Maître d'hôtel )was not really professional, we were disappointed.
