It is small, which is OK unless your a woman trying to get ready for a wedding, more space to spread out all the "necessary's" women require.

The price was great, the room was neat and in good order. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Shower was hot and had great water pressure

The location..when signing up, initially we signed up "near Frankfort" now 9.1 miles may seem close, but the hotel is in the middle of no where and the directions to get there were inaccurate when you clicked on and attempted to there thru maps. When following the navigation direction, it led us down a 2track dirt road in the middle of the woods. after several miles it says you have reached your destination....no where...no service and thankfully one house...a little scary

The room was very small. The bathroom had no counter space. The toilet was so small it looked like a child seat. The only contact with the office was through the intercom

I loved the ease to get to different places such as the resort the wedding I was in, (3 miles up the road) as well as the ease of finding it.

Add a liner to the shower curtain please!

What breakfast? If there was one I didn't know about it.

I thought I would be closer to the lake. Also, there was no place to go out to eat close by.

This place is close to the town and is very quiet! It’s nothing fancy but it has everything we needed and was clean and had comfortable beds. We had one of the cabins with a stove and small fridge so we were able to cook, but its close enough that you can easily go to any number of restaurants in town.

Great place for the price

Very clean room, good location and convenient parking. Air conditioner and fan worked well and bathroom a decent size. Bed was comfortable and everything fit our needs. Also liked the beach so close.

Had to drive a distance to find places to eat for finner.

Everything about Pleasant Valley was great. Especially the mattress. It was the best we had ever slept on! The guide that was provided of the area was a great bonus. We took it with us every where went. So much information in it! The facilities were very clean and neat.

Everything was great and would recommend it to others. And we would stay there again!

The room was very comfortable and cozy. It was so nice to relax for a couple days in a quiet area. The wifi worked well and it was nice to have cable TV. We enjoyed the use of the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The decor in the room made it feel like we were staying at a bed and breakfast. I loved the nostalgic feeling at this quaint, well kept motel. We would love to return again!

There wasn't anything about this property that we didn't enjoy.

The room was very clean and comfortable to be in. We would recommend it if you were going to Arcadia and surrounding areas.

Clean, location was nice to head to Frankfort or Manistee.
