Another sofa in the kitchen. However, the space is small!

It was in a really good area and easy to get to. there was everything essential in the house, and we appreciated the instruction notes set out for us. We booked this house for the amount of beds and toilets, and checked beforehand that there are shops nearby to get groceries from, which there are.
It can’t be helped, but it would’ve been nice to have a loo downstairs as well.
In addition, a bigger supermarket would’ve been helpful as the smaller ones near the house were only ”ok” for the needs we had.

blinds don’t keep the light out in the morning but can’t complain given the price.

the rooms where a good size and it was clean. instructions around the house were clear and helpful.
there are spaces in the street but they were full so we couldn’t park near the house, but wasn’t a big issue we parked in easy walking distance. a

Me and a few of my colleagues stayed here for a work function that was happening in Derby city centre that weekend, and I must say it was absolutely superb. Brilliant value for money, very easy check in and out procedure, and a lovely home too, would highly recommend across the board
