House was beautiful and clean. We loved the master upstairs with the wall of windows overlooking the ocean! Our girls fought over the one bedroom downstairs with the ocean view but they compromised because the other bedroom was just as beautiful. We loved it and the host Julie was wonderful. Quick replies to messages and very nice!

This was our second stay at this home. It is a perfect place to stay right on the beach. There is more than enough room for our family of five. Great location for making day trips to the areas biggest attractions. Perfect for a day on the beach.

Excellent home! This house had everything we needed for a fantastic beach getaway. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone in our large group their own space and the open common areas were more than enough for everyone to spend time together. The house is stocked with everything we needed. Can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Thanks Julie for hosting our group! We will definitely be back.

My family had so much fun at this house! The beach access was excellent. The house had a great layout and was family-friendly and comfortable. The property had everything we needed to make our vacation convenient and enjoyable. In addition, we were able to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral from the deck! I would highly recommend this house if you want an amazing place for a beach getaway, and I hope to stay there again soon!

Overall we had a great stay. We relaxed on the beach during the day and headed into town later in the afternoon to enjoy some local eateries and tourist spots. The house was equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was also a short walk on the beach to Coconuts on the Beach for a late evening cocktail. The only drawback I would mention that needs to be addressed is the upstairs bathroom water temp. We never had a warm shower. We followed the instructions for the water temp being backwards but the shower was either scorching hot for two minutes followed by cold water or slightly warm at best. No one else had a cold shower but us in the upstairs bath. Other than that, it was awesome! The owners even left us a gift basket up front with goodies that the kids enjoyed! I would stay again. The view and short walk to the beach are a big incentive to stay here.

Myself and 3, 20-24 year kids stayed at the house last week. We always rent a VRBO at a beach house on the ocean. The location, house, and property manager Julie were awesome. Great location! We did go offshore deep water fishing out of Cape Canaveral, caught lots of fish and lotsa King Mackerel, went on the 'Up Fire' charters....If you have time, check out the Kennedy Space Center, Saturn V museum,,,,The house place was great as advertised, Mike

We love this house. Especially after the renovations! What a beautiful place, in front of the most perfect, pristine beach. The house is clean, updated, spacious, warm, and welcoming. We have now stayed here twice and are planning our future visits. Julie is fantastic, super responsive, and just a nice person. We really love this house. Recommend it 100%.

It was a beautiful house, well appointed and the view was spectacular. The only complaints was lack of bath towels and washcloths. There was only one bath towel per person and 2 wash cloths. I refuse to use a wash cloth more than once, so I had to go out and buy wash cloths! I can use a bath towel more than one time, would have preferred two. Also the internet was terrible. It would sometimes work and the TV was the same way.

We stayed at the property in 2021 and again this year for spring break. Julie is so accommodating and nice and the renovations done to the house were wonderful. 10/10 will be staying again!

The house was beautiful with an amazing view from the upstairs master suite. We had a great time at the beach and Kennedy space center. We also were able to just step outside onto the deck and watch a space X nighttime launch! Truly spectacular! The host was responsive and accommodating. She even left a little gift basket we really appreciated. Definitely will be back.

Plenty of space for our family of 6. The location was close, but not in all the action. The house was perfect for our holiday break. The beach was clean and quiet. We would love to go back again. Thank you!

The property was perfectly located for our family/friends New Year celebration. We all had separate spaces and the communal spaces were very comfortable.

The sandy beach and beautiful ocean are the backyard to this house. We enjoyed our stay relaxing after a busy week at the theme parks. It was so nice to be able to go for a walk along the beach any time of the day and enjoy the sun and waves without having to drive anywhere. One of my daughters accidentally left her wallet and the owner was so kind to mail it back to us. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we all had a wonderful time.

we started seeing roaches around the kitchen and bedrooms. There were tiny ants and ant traps all over the home in corners and along the floor board. The back master bedroom had ants all over the floor. They were crawling on our toddler children as they rested to nap. We decided to spray the roaches and ants and try to enjoy the next day on the beach. Upon coming back from the beach our minor children were in the garage. They came inside and stated a man opened the garage door and was looking for Dad (Thomas Belsito Sr). Once we made contact with the man who claimed he was the house manager (not host per our paperwork for who our contact would be). Thr man to claim he was the property manger rudely stated he was trying to get a hold of us since very early in the morning when we had no messages until the afternoon before he showed up at the home. The man continued to demand money for our service animal as well as extra fee for our extra guests. We had no issue with paying for the extra guests that came last minute, however we explained multiple times our dog was a service animal and he was violating VRBO policy as well as ADA (American Disability Act) rights on service animals. The man continued to demand money within the next two hours or we would need to vacant the property and if we didn't he would involve law enforcement. We contacted VRBO to explain the situation and they stated they explained to the host their policy for service animals and she was extremely rude and would not budge. After some time of trying to figure out what to do with our family of 11 people which included two toddlers, an elederly handicapped gentleman and a high risk pregnant woman, law enforcement showed up and explained we had to vacate the premises. We had to then pack up everyones belongings including the hundreds of dollars of items we bought for the weekend which included food, cooking necessities, toys, beach accessories and a beach wheelchair that we rented for our elderly disabled father. After over 20 phone calls back and forth with VRBO they found a hotel with three separate rooms, a refrigerator that was not big enough for any of our cold food we had bought for the large home we were staying in, had to figure out getting the wheelchair all the way to the hotel, as well as our disabled and high risk pregnant guest and two toddler children. This major inconvenience has caused an extreme amount of stress and aggravation to all of our guests.

We enjoy the time at the beach house. Adding some things not mentioned by others. Well equipped, ac worked well, pool table, bikes, beach chairs, coffee maker, washer and dryer, blinds in each room, ample parking, private, close to supermarket and restaurants, bbq grill available, great views from the second floor master bedroom, great sunrises, we enjoyed the wood deck with table and chairs, many restaurants nearby, easy walk to cocoa downtown area and the area feels safe. Direct beach access. Beautiful setting. The beach shore is ample and not that many people around. Nice morning walks. Will probably stay again. We had a great time!

Property is incredibly maintained, we would never have guessed it’s right on the beach! Beds were comfortable, both bedrooms and bathrooms were large and pretty. Living space was amazing, gorgeously furnished and laid out. The outside of the property is wonderful, loads of lounging and sitting. We loved the walk from the house to the sand (2 minutes through a dune brush /sea grape path). Kitchen is one of the most well-stocked we’ve ever stayed at (4-6 VRBO stays a year pre-COVID). Host was perfect, access was seamless. We really appreciated the second fridge in the garage for water/drinks. Perfect property!

We'll definitely come back. The location was absolutely perfect and the house was amazing. We couldn't ask for more.

Julie was a fantastic host who quickly responded to all our needs. House was stocked with everything we needed and the beach was practically private! The pictures are exactly like the house and the surf was truly wonderful directly in front of the house.

Everything was clean and the location is perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were plenty of beach towels and beach amenities for us to use during our stay. The only "bad" thing that I could say about the property is the water. For some reason the tub in the master bedroom upstairs did not work? And the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent. You would get 5 mins of extremely hot water then 5 minutes of extremely cold water. But it wasn't a big deal to us! Other than that the property was great! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay. You can't beat the view and beach access. Especially loved the grounds with the beautiful palm trees and green space with awesome porch and beach access. The house was clean, had everything we needed. Ran into a plumbing issue but they worked on it quickly. Julie was extremely responsive.
