We stayed at Jeff & Francines' place, and it was just as described! It was absolutely stunning, clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful! The homeowners were very easy to communicate with. All questions I had for them were answered almost immediately. My 2 teenage girls loved the pool. The homeowners had everything you needed for the beach such as towels, chairs, a wagon, and umbrellas. The umbrella they had was awesome because it had ankers on the corners so when the wind blew, we didn't have to worry about the umbrella flying away as others did around us. The little things mattered, and they thought of it. It was also great having basic seasonings in the kitchen! We did cook so it was great that we didn't have to buy that stuff. The condo was spacious, and the view was amazing as mentioned before. The number one thing for me is cleanliness as I am super picky, and their place did not disappoint in this area! Beautiful fully equipped condo on a quiet property. My husband and I and 3 grown boys had a wonderful time! We appreciated the attention to details, including kitchen supplies, Margarita Machine, plenty of beach towels, chairs, extra pillows and blankets, etc. Loved spending time on the balcony and watching the dolphins each day. Beautiful soft sand beach with lots of shells to collect in the morning. Jeff was extremely responsive when we had cable tv issues. He met the repair person and the issue was resolved. He answered any questions promptly and was genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. The location was great! We enjoyed golf, fishing, miniature golf, and local restaurants. I highly recommend this unit!

We plan to stay here again. It was not cheap, but totally worth it.

This is one of the most beautiful condos I've ever rented. The view from the spacious balcony cannot be beat. Gracious and comfortable space to sip some wine while watching the incredible sunsets over the Gulf. Having three bedrooms and three full baths for 5 adults always makes a vacation better! The owners were lovely to deal with and have well-appointed the space. Everything you could want in a kitchen (including a Frozen Margarita maker which we sadly did not use), games, beach towels and a full storage space full of beach items and chairs. We loved playing pickelball on the courts surrounded by a luxurious setting. Great restaurants and even mini-golf is an easy walk from the guarded front gate. We are used to staying on Siesta Key where the traffic this time of year is horrendous. The lack of traffic on Marco was baffling to us! (It was lovely!) Definitely go to the Farmers Market on Wednesdays! It was incredible. There is high security to get onto the property and we felt completely safe. That being said, the only drawback is the lack of keys/fobs provided to get around the property. With only two sets and 5 adults, there had to be a lot of coordination and conversations about whereabouts and plans for coming and going. It would have been nice if everyone could come and go as they pleased and not to be worried about "who has the key". But, besides that, we throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful VBRO. Overall experience was very good, enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and drawer space throughout. Great lighting in the bathroom and cool remote controlled window treatments.

The condo location is amazing. The unit was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could need. Jeff was very responsive and attentive. Would return for sure. Thank you, Jeff!

The Somerset 404 did not disappoint. It was spacious inside and out, had very nice appliances, and everything we needed to make meals, play and stay in the shade on the beach, and sleep our big family comfortably. We had a perfect trip!

This condo was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Everyone had their own space and bathroom and the living room/dining room were large and inviting. It was awesome having a vacation kitchen with everything you need PLUS there were beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and even some beach toys. The unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here! The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. The use of their owners locker was a life saver! Our family did not drive down, we flew. So therefore, we couldn’t pack chairs, umbrellas, or a cooler or things like that. So to be able to use their chairs and canopies and beach towels was awesome! The entire unit was beautifully decorated and well appointed. If we were to ever come back to Marco Island, I would definitely look to stay here again.

This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. It is beachy but tasteful/elegant (not at all kitchy). It has commanding views of the beach and gulf. There are many beach chairs and toys available in the locker. The property is very nice overall, with two pools.

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean, spacious and conveniently located in the building. We loved that there was a mudroom to leave our sandy items which helped to keep the condo clean. The full size washer and dryer were an added plus! We will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough about this condo. Jeff was an amazing host. The condo was gorgeously decorated. The location was perfect. The condo had everything you needed from coolers, umbrellas, everything to cook, spices included. I would highly recommend this listing and would love to stay again. Worth noting this is my second year staying in the Somerset Apt and it’s a fantastic location and easy beach vacation either with family or friends.

We loved our stay! It was our first time in Marco. There was plenty of room for my wife and I as well as our three kids and a girlfriend. We spent a LOT of time on the balcony when we weren’t on the beach or out on activities. It’s spacious, the view is amazing and there is plenty of seating, even for six of us. The condo is equipped with everything we needed. The location is awesome! This was our first time to Marco, and we would definitely stay here again. Jeff was great to deal with before and during our stay. Highly recommend this condo!

This condo was outstanding! The view from the balcony was fantastic. Apartment was completely remodeled, beautiful furnishings, very clean with all the latest kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. The beach closet, contained ample towels, cooler, and the lower level storage unit had lots of toys, chairs, and umbrellas for the family. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation and would most certainly use it again. One of the best condos does we’ve rented.

Great property location; would stay again in future; highly recommend to all. A very quiet complex; great for all ages; very clean; balcony is extremely useful for all activities, especially for dawns and sunsets; and contains all amenities required for residents and beach activity. The fourth bedroom/extra den is warm with just a ceiling fan for cooling of room.

This condo is very nicely decorated, clean, and in a perfect location! The balcony is a nice large size and offers fantastic ocean and sunset views. Owner is very responsive if you have questions.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our condo had just been remodeled. The furniture was brand new and the decor was beautiful & everything was so clean. The owner, Jeff, was so kind & personable. You could tell he really wanted our stay to be as nice as possible. The condo had absolutely every thing we needed for our stay including fully supplied kitchen, plenty of beach towels & linens, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a canopy for the beach. The beach has beautiful white sand. The condo also has a large balcony that protrudes outwardly for views of the beach on all three sides. We have been to Marco Island several times over the years and after staying at the Somerset a few years ago, we do not want to stay anywhere else. It has a gated entrance & the grounds are beautiful & very well maintained. We also played pickle ball several mornings while there. Very nice courts. They also have a tennis court. The location is very nice. The Sunset Grill is an easy walk five condos south. It has indoor seating but also a covered patio & bar overlooking the beach. The Marriott, north of the condo is a further walk but they have several eating options & a beautiful rooftop bar overlooking the beach. As I said, we had stayed at the Somerset before and while our last condo was beautiful too, we liked this condo even more and plan on booking this unit in the future.

We have been coming down to Marco Island for the last 25 years. This was a beautiful condo and a beautiful location. 2 pools and plenty of space for all of us . Having comfortable furniture to sit inside and outside made this like you’re at your own home. Was beautifully decorated with all new furniture and appliances. We were so lucky, you won’t find a better condo to stay at.

This is now our favorite condo at Somerset. After years of staying here, this condo and owner have made our stay one to remember and one that we will seek in our future visits.
