Wonderful hospitality and flexibility!

This small condo was immaculate & well equipped. Be aware that the bedrooms and bathrooms are down a winding staircase. Also, the condo is located on a steep hill, so if you cannot manage the walk uphill, you will be dependent on your car for all excursions, as we were.

Lovely, very clean townhome with great terrace in small beach town. Very good selection of restaurants. Very close to Benagil Caves and Praia de Marinha.

Had a fantastic stay in Carvoeiro, great apartment with the perfect sun trap on the roof for relaxing. The cleaner is fantastic and even pops in and give the apartment a quick clean during our stay.

Amazing location, housekeeper was lovely, nice size.

Herbert's place was great and perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed cooking, eating out on the balcony and generally hanging out around the house when we were not out and about Carvoeiro or on the beach. The house is well-furnished and fully equipped with modern appliances. Herbert was always responsive and answered our various queries as they came up. It was nice to have the daily maid service also.

The property was just as described. It has a lovely large terrace which was nice to sit out on at the end of the evening. Fantastic location for all of the shops, bars and restaurants of Carvoeiro.

From A-Z this apartment ticked all the boxes. Spotless clean. Close walking distance from beach and town centre. Apartment nice and cool inside albeit summer heat outside. Beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. The rooms are spacious with big built in cupboards and very comfortable large beds with fresh bedding. The kids loved the huge, clean communal pool in the afternoons after a morning on the beach. Carvoeiro itself is gorgeous with loads of hidden beaches and gems. The amenities of this apartment are great especially the dishwasher and washing machine. The only thing we missed was an outside barbecue but that is just because our family love to and would barbecue every night if we could. We stayed over a weekend so couldn't appreciate the housekeeping during the week but the house is super well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Hope to be back!

Nice house full equipped on a beautifull location with a stunning vieuw!

The villa was beautifully decorated and has fantastic views. The location was perfect with a short walk into the charming little village of Carvoeiro. One constructive comment would be the strong burnt ash smell from the fireplace that is always lingering.

Carvoeiro is a beautiful town that has everything you'll need and more! We enjoyed our stay at Colina Branca 17, it is a great location ,within a 10 minute walk to town, just remember you have to walk back up the hill to get home, or it's a 3 minute drive but parking can be hard to find. The Villa is a townhouse style with enough parking for 2 small cars. The photos you see on line are spot on to what the unit looks like. There are 3 floors, main is the entrance, kitchen, living room with dining table and main terrace. Top floor is the rooftop sundeck and the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. If you have an mobility issues the stairs are a tight stone spiral and could be an issue. Everything was spotlessly clean however there was a horrible damp musty smell that just would not go away. We aired it out constantly and it became a little less offensive but I think we just got used to it. The main terrace is perfect! Lots of comfortable furniture and a great view.The unit has wall heaters in the bedrooms, main bath and main floor. The nights were cool so the heaters and fireplace were needed. Just remember electricity is extra unless you include it in your rent. There is a washing machine, no dryer but the rooftop is the perfect place to hang your clothes to dry. The management company was a pleasure to deal with, they answered all questions quickly and when asked for help they were there to lend a hand as needed. The cleaning ladies were the best!!! Would we rent this unit again? Yes we would if a few changes were made. I understand that between the time we initially rented this unit and when we arrived it was sold to a new owner. So as a seasoned VRBO renter all over the world I would like to make a few recommendations to the new owner. I offer these to you so it will make a renters stay more comfortable and enjoyable and encourage them to rent from you again. Here they are... Replace the living room furniture, it is BRUTALLY uncomfortable! A comfy sectional sofa, chair and ottoman would be perfect. Beach towels, at least 2 folding beach chairs, an umbrella and a little cooler would be nice. Full instructions to all appliances in English would be helpful.
