Beautiful building, excellent room, extremely friendly and helpful hosts, great breakfast. A perfect experience and a home away from home

This family run hotel is in an idyllic setting, with views of the valley below and the Appennine mountains. Mario and his family were the perfect hosts. We were able to make the most of our short stay as Mario was able to offer a shuttle service to the Citta Alta only 5 minutes away. The old town is breath-taking, not to be missed. Mario also provided transport to and from Orlo Al Serio airport. The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and a cooked breakfast of your choice was also on offer. Breakfast was served in a room surrounded by large windows overlooking the scenic valley below. Our room was spacious, quiet, and also had views over the valley. Overall, this was the perfect stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was perfect

Lovely small hotel in the green part of Bergamo. Cozy, clean, beautiful. 20 minutes walk to the old town. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast and sunsets. The breakfasts are delicious:) Tnx so much!

We adored staying in this Italian villa which was a 10 minute walk from the old walled city of Bergamo. Our room was very comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and the staff so friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Previous reviews commented about the narrow road and challenges driving on it. We had absolutely no problem with it!

Nice variety for breakfast and enough choice. Fresh fruits, pastries, cake, bread, yogurt, cheese, eggs and bacon... Hosts offer shuttle service to Bergamo a few times a day. Suite is spacious has a lovely terrace. Mini bar in the room. Lovely trattoria nearby.

perfect location, outside the city. And great restaurant nearby

Stayed one night in June 2022 when it was very hot. We had a terrace, which was really nice. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and we ate outside on the main terrace in the morning. The view was spectacular! It's a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel to the town center.

The location of the hotel is not in the city center. We took a side road from the main highway to the hotel... boy, was it narrow in places!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay with views over the valley. We had a lovely room with balcony and the room had tea & coffee making facilities. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and ran us into the town a couple of times. Breakfast was great .

We just wished we could have stayed longer .

Amazing location in the italian countryside. The view is amazing and all surroundings. Very friendly staff and great service. It is a very enjoyable walk to the old town and it is clever to use the great hotel’s shuttle service back to the hotel. Recommend the suite because of the view and a big roof terrance.

The accommodation is on a beautiful, peaceful landscape. 15 min on foot from the old town which is very charming. The couple who owns/runs the place was very friendly and helpful we couldn't wish for more. Amazing breakfast served on the balcony in the sunshine with plenty of choice (eggs tasted like the ones from my granny's backyard and Torta della nonna is to die for).
