Room was very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Will stay there again on my next visit to Jax Beach. Ideal location and exquisite views. My guest enjoyed the patio, drinks and views. Was an excellent getaway

Clean hotel. Right on beach. Restaurant- food and drinks very good and good prices. Staff super friendly. Easy check in. Only complaints - only one slow working elevator, squeaky bed and broken blow dryer.

I absolutely love this property. We were there for one night. But I definitely see my self returning for long term. I did pay for partial view of the beach and yet I really got view of parking lot, I was a little bum however I saw beach. Next time I would want a room pool-side.

Very nice place to stay!! Room was comfortable and nice. Breakfast was wonderful and proximity to the beach a definite plus. Loved the valet parking and they are very dog friendly.

All staff were inviting and pleasant. After driving all day, upon our arrival, we tried to shower but had no hot water. We were told by maintenance man that all rooms around us had hot water⁉️⁉️⁉️ We were asked to pack up all our stuff, they were moving us to a different room since the lack of hot water was specific to only our room. Bathroom sink was clogged and not draining. Once in the new room and unpacked again, we noticed ants everywhere. I told head of housekeeping and she was going to do “something”, I was traveling with a pet and didn’t want any chemicals sprayed in room but ant traps were discussed. Nothing was done at all about the ants. Once in the new room we became aware the toilet was flushing all by itself. I called the front desk to report this because it was extremely irritating. Front desk person agreed how irritating that is and said she would let maintenance know. Nothing was done about the toilet flushing by itself. Then saw a cockroach. I was done at this point! I will probably never return to Springhill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach again. I would suggest anyone considering staying at this hotel and hoping for sleep at night to not stay in rooms on south side of hotel. There is a bar with live “music” (very bad) that plays into the early morning hours. You will hear and feel the bass thru the walls and balcony door. After six days at this hotel, at checkout, I was asked how my stay was. NOT GOOD.

Great stay, very relaxing. Very clean property, food at the onsite restaurant was good. Starbucks at the front of the hotel. There is a pub diagonal to the hotel that it’s packed beginning Friday night but fairly quiet during the weekdays. Definitely will be staying again. Valet parking was very convenient for me.

The property is nice but the noise levels are terrible. The balcony door is very difficult to close. Be sure to ask "the trick" to it when checking in. Front desk staff was nice, but not necessarily welcoming. The breakfast offered a great variety of foods and drinks.

Everything was outstanding.

Continuous bulldozers right below our room moving sand. All day and night ( I have pictures) and the hotel knew it was going to happen but they rented the room anyway.

Loved everything except the valet parking. I prefer to be able to drive my car and be able to unload it without feeling rushed.

Everything was good other than the construction front of the hotel. I got it beachfront hotel but I had to walk to be able to access to beach specially, the first day I had walked so long. I wish that they would’ve notify us if that was going on by email or anything heads up, I would have rented different hotel. There was no contraction going on

Jax Beach is hidden gem

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME AS EXPECTED. THE VALET PARKING IS VERY CONVENIENT. ROOMS LIKE NEW AND THE OCEAN FRONT VIEW IS SO RELAXING AS U SIT ON THE BALCONY. LOVED IT I STAYED THREE NIGHTS AND I WILL BE BACK HERE TO STAY A WEEK

The property was very well maintained and the room was pretty spacious. I loved the balcony setup. My only issue was there were gnats and mosquitoes in our room that were seemingly coming in through the vents.

Jivez was so sweet at the check in counter. We had 2 king suites for our family beach trip. They were small and it wasn’t worth paying the extra to have an oceanview. The description on the website was VERY misleading. One of the king beds had dirty sheets. The kids enjoyed the twin sofa beds. The logistics were terrible. The elevators always had staff with carts taking up space. We paid 33 dollars for 2 margaritas from the bar that didnt have any liquor.

We had a beautiful room that looked out over the pool and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. A bit loud for my taste but it was still a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Dining restaurant on site, quick access to the beach! Suites were spacious! 10/10 Recommend!

I was not disappointed and you won’t be either. This hotel is right on the beach. I loved waking up and hearing the ocean waves. The staff was fun and really made me feel like I was a superstar. The hotel is clean and fresh. Breakfast is also very good. I will stay again and again.

All was excellent the bed. Super low and the mattress was terrible.

Staff really pleasant. Easy access to valet and hotel. Valet very considerate of your car. Room with partial view very nice. Bed comfy. Room had refrigerator and microwave big pullout for 2 people. Room would be a little tight with 4 people. Overall will be our go to hotel.
