Our room was large and comfortable, we had the usual pedestal fan, not ideal as it was very hot, but it certainly made a difference.
We had booked and paid for a lake view room. There was not one available but the courteous staff were very helpful and quickly offered us a one night refund.
We appreciated this and enjoyed our stay.

Got a great room (#303) for 2 adults 1 toddler and staff were kind. No AC makes the summer heat a little rough but Montreux does cool down at night.

Please be advised that the rooms do not have air conditioning. This thus requires you to sleep with the windows open during summer months. If you are a light sleeper you will here the outside noise until 11 to Midnight. The other issue is you check in after 6 pm and they do have a receptionist after 6 pm, so make sure you get instructions on how to open front door and get the key for your room from a lockbox.

The location is ideal. Very closed to the train station and the lakefront promenade too. Lots of dining options closed by.

Excellent location, super helpful front desk staff. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. My room was like a penthouse suite with a huge bathroom

I stayed in the penthouse room and had an incredible stay - the views and the room itself, especially the bathtub, were wonderful. Would love to come back someday

Overall a nice place to stay. The breakfast is super limited and honestly not worth the cost. The restaurant attached to the hotel is really nice and we enjoyed a nice dinner there. Our room was comfortable and had a balcony that looked out to the lake. The only downside for us is that there is no AC in the room and no fan so it gets a bit stuffy. We opened the balcony doors to let some air in at night but its pretty loud outside due to the road being right there so if you are a light sleeper it will effect you.

Room was very cold! However, the manager was very empathetic about this. Nice breakfast. Very convenient location right in front of christmas market : Santa flew in front of us!

We had a fantastic stay! An unbelievable view of the lake from the enormous balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff, and a great location to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Convenient and easy walk to the train station as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Super hotel, very central but very cozy and quiet, very good facilities in room and hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Freddie Mercury statue and less to the lakeside, perfectly located, so pleased to pick this lovely hotel. Breakfast buffet was great and not expensive for the locaton

Clean, updated, spacious room with big bathroom. Breakfast is 14 CHF/pp—limited choices. Fast WiFi. Convenient location. The bed was way too soft and the pillow too thick for our liking. No A/C and it gets HOT during the night, even in September. The room couldn’t be locked from the inside… No minibar or coffee machine in the room.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, so close to the train station, and the Freddie Mercury statue..the room was clean modern and comfortable.It was a very hot few days, when we stayed in Montreux..the room as no air-conditioning..but a fan was provided.Our room had a mini kitchen init, that turned out to be very useful.Palmi, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, and always greeted us with a smile..We will be returning soon..

Great location and good dinner In restaurant. Breakfast was basic continental. Seating in breakfast area was hard Wooden chair which personally was uncomfortable for me however everything was clean and food good.

The hotel was lovely. It was beautiful on a cute cobblestone street. The rooms were cute and comfortable. The room had a fan in it instead of air conditioning, yet the room stayed nice & cool. The front desk staff was super friendly & welcoming.

Short walk from Montreux train station but got to look for the LIFT sign that will bring you from road at higher level down to next lower level where you will find hotel.
Front desk very friendly and since room was ready allowed to check in early.
Breakfast was additional charge at CHF 14 per person.
Room on 3rd floor had some stairs to climb but must say the staff offered to carry lugguage up.
