The only perfect place for those who would like to hike Serra Malagueta park. Located around 10-minute walking distance from 3, most iconic circular trails. Amazing, warm-hearted Staff always there to help you. Very clean, gorgeous views and sunsets. Extremely delicious and big breakfast with traditional options (vegetarian) and freshly made juices from local fruits. Truly the best place I stayed at on Santiago island. Thank you! Really excellent little hotel in the mountains, well-located for exploring the nearby national park. Great view from the terrace, and excellent food in the restaurant.

Great little guesthouse with a wonderful view from the room over the mountains of Santiago. Great staff, able to organise tours and activities for the guests. Very clean. Good little breakfast.

The room was a little bit small and the food at the restaurant of the guesthouse was alright, but a bit bland (we had the pasta). The bathroom was private but on the hallway, so you had to leave the room and cross the hallway to reach it.

Room had beautiful view and was clean, staff was fully open to support and the guided tours are great to know more about the area

we had the room on the top floor which has amazing views. everything was very clean and high quality (towels, linen, duvets, etc). very tasty breakfast and overall great value for money

The place has a hostel vibe. Most of the toilets are outside their rooms and the keys of ours were missing, it took some hours until the situation was solved. There's barely any sound and light isolation from the room to the corridor, everytime someone walks in the corridor light invades the room. Breakfast is minimalistic. Don't go with your own car, unless you consider normal parking your car halfway into the road.

The location and the view from my room, the breakfast was fine no complian, they manage to provide me with transportation with extra fee, i know this is a lodge so i didnt have high expection but i booked because of thd location, the man in front desk he was very nice and he was very helpful.

The service in front desk was very basic i guess this is normal in cape verde, the lady sent the taxi that i booked personally with other guest wirhout my approval which delay my trip for one hour, i noticed thier english is poor they laugh a lot to pretend they understand but they dont. The shade in room is not enough if you like to wake up late, the noise from the street, stinky smell from bathroom they need to fix it.

This is the only accommodation in close proximity to the hiking trails in the National park, so this is a good location for those wishing to explore the park. The views are just lovely, and the staff are very kind.

The bedrooms doors are half frosted glass and the lights in the hall turn on with motion, so the lights go on when anyone walks by, which shine into the rooms no matter how late. We could hear every sound coming from inside the hotel from bed. Even at two floors up, we loudly heard every sound of dish washing.

Lovely mountain views. Nice room. Clean. Next to country park.

We had a power cut for 1 night. No WiFi in room.
