Inside the home, you will be greeted with tall ceilings and beautiful warm flooring throughout the open-concept space. The living room flows from the dining room, which can accommodate 8 guests at the lovely table, and into the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including a wet bar, wine refrigerator, and an ice maker. If dining al-fresco is more your style, enjoy your meal on the screened porch, or in the spacious outdoor living space this home has to offer. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located on the first floor, with access to the porch for a relaxing evening.
The second floor of the home features an open lounge space for the kids to enjoy. Right down the hall from the lounge space is a guest bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and private bathroom. The bunk room has two twin over twin beds and a private bathroom. The three additional bedrooms each feature king sized beds and private bathrooms as well. Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
