Good location, lovely house has everything you need and was clean and well appointed.

Very noisy cover flapping in the wind that is on the BBQ, but it was very very windy so normally would not be an issue.

Most parts of the accommodation were excellent, easy walk to the square, the beds were comfy, and the overalls site was well equipped. plenty of room for each couple. A separate toilet would be beneficial.

privacy wasn't great as the whole site is exposed, we did put up the deck screens, but these are quite hard to put in correctly. the site had no dish cloth, so hard to wipe down surfaces. The batteries in the remote are also low.

The house was relatively new, modern and clean. It was in a great location and the shared facilities were nice especially the pool.

The property is located in an area which was being developed. Therefore it was like staying in the middle of a construction site. There were electric saws, nail guns and banging from 8am to 5pm all days except one. This meant it was really hard to sit outside so we ended up sitting inside with the doors shut. The house outside areas were also still being developed so could not be used. The living areas of the house looked straight into the neighbours house only a few metres away and we looked straight into their rubbish bags. The house is not ready to take groups - there were no serving platters, no serving spoons and limited bowls and utensils. The oven even though new is cheap and burns one side of your food and cooks unevenly. We paid approx. $1,000 a night which was most probably the worst value for money I have experienced in a very long time.

Location was very good although a little further out of town for walking than expected. A nice quiet location. Facilities were excellent, everything clean, tidy, and working.
