The room layout

The room was cold and the bed was uncomfortable. The duvet was too small. Maybe an additional bedspread/throw would have been great. Also a rug on the floor would be nice as the floor was cold.

The staff were nice. The bed was comfy. Good Location. Stayed in a private room and it was huge.

The room didn’t smell too good, and it was absolutely freezing and there was a draught with window closed. Only mirror in the room was over the bed which wasn’t ideal.

It was immaculate and well-maintained. I felt cosy and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.

They should include more variety to the breakfast.

Perfecta ubicación tan solo a unos pocos pasos de la estación de bus. Leche con cereales incluido se puede desayunar sin problemas ninguno.

Las puertas de las habitaciones hacen mucho ruido al cerrar. Me hubiera gustado que me informaran sobre los cereales y la Leche para el desayuno. Me di cuenta al segundo día de estar allí por que pregunté

Shared spaces - lounge, kitchen, dining area were lovely! Location is excellent.

Staff seemed a little aloof compared to other hostels we have stayed in. Maybe because the main desk is in the lounge/kitchen/dining area and they need some "off" time?

Easy to find, great location. Close to bus stops, shops, grocery stores etc. Really nice minimalistic room, very Scandinavian like cool and simple. I enjoyed the clean and clear look of the room and the whole hostel.

A bit chilly in January, the radiator was cold most of the time.

Hotel was lovely. Price was great. Room was clean and a good size.

Paid extra for a private bathroom which was fine. However a little annoying it wasn’t attached to the room as needed to get up in the night and find my way down the corridor to get to it.

Зручність в номері для людей з інвалідністю на високому рівні. Номер чистий і просторий. Є можливість розігріти їжу.

Дуже не сподобалось відсутність затишку в номері. Відсутність звукоізоляції і постійний шум в номері який проникає в середину з вулиці.

La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer la ciudad. Es una edificio recuperado y modernizado es de lo más chulo, cerca del Castillo y a nada del St. Nicholas Market. Por cierto la habitación doble muy amplia. La cocina totalment equipada muy nórdica y con un pequeño desayuno incluido, y la zona de estar estar, superrelajante y acogedora. El personal muy amable y atento. Para repetir! Lástima no hacer ninguna foto, de verdad, vale la pena.

La struttura è molto bella, comoda e calda. La mia camera aveva il bagno privato esterno ma lo sapevo già al momento della prenotazione perciò va bene così. La "piccola colazione" inclusa in realtà è abbastanza ricca: caffé, thé o latte a scelta, e 5 varietà di cerali o muesli. La posizione è comodissima per esplorare tutti i lati di Bristol, vicinissima al centro, al mercato, al porto, ai negozi, ai supermercati, ecc. Con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si raggiunge la stazione centrale

Alcuni membri dello staff sono "poco cordiali" e sembra quasi che ti facciano un favore a stare lì. Gli altri membri invece sono stati molto carini e cortesi

Beds in dorm were metal and very noisy when people move in them so was woken every 30 minutes.

This place is great value for money. I travel to Bristol for work a lot and am always happy to stay here in a private room. Shared bathrooms are clean and nice.

Nonostante sia arrivato all’una di notte, la reception era aperta e c’era una persona ad accogliermi per il check-in. Una buona soluzione per soggiorni brevi. La stanza era silenziosa nonostante affacciasse sulla strada e pur tenendo la finestra aperta, si è riposato bene. Il letto (quello più in basso di un letto a castello con tre letti) era comodo, sufficientemente pulito e ben attrezzato (tendine su due lati, lampada interna, più prese per la corrente e USB per ricaricare il cellulare.

Nulla di particolare, i bagni non pulitissimi ma comunque accettabili (dipende anche dagli ospiti)

Hébergement dans l'ancien poste de police avec une situation idéale pour explorer la ville. Les chambres privées donnent sur le boulevard, c'est un peu bruyant mais pas bien gênant pour nous.

I loved this quirky place, the rooms were big, everywhere was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I was a bit wary about my stay as I'd previously had somewhere else booked that was almost double the price, my budget forced me to move somewhere cheaper but I was very pleasantly surprised that I certainly hadn't downgraded - I'd probably given myself an upgrade. I'd more than happily stay here again.

Great location, great price. Had a private room & separate private bathroom so it was like a hotel without fancy frills. The location had great style and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a good experience. The hostel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is quite central (about 20 minutes walk from the train station). A breakfast of cereal, milk and tea or coffee is included in the price. There is a basic kitchen/lounge for the use of guests, and also they kindly keep your luggage if you arrive before the 3pm check-in. There is a lift so you won't need to carry heavy luggage through floors, but the second time I used it it was out of service (it's an old elevator, and they ask to use it with care). The building was used previously as different things, including a police station, as explained in some painting/signs on the walls. Each bed had curtains for privacy, one individual light, one electric plug and an USB plug. There were also some wire lockets in the dormitory, but you need your own lock to close it.

I have no big complains, my experience was good overall, the main things (cleanliness, staff and location) were all good. I have only one minor complain, there were only two toilets with annexed showers for our part of the floor... I think we were sharing those with more rooms too, and more often than not those toilets/showers were occupied. It would be great to have more showers/toilets. Also if you are a bit claustrophobic don't get the bottom bed in their three-tier bunkbed... there is not much head space and you may feel a bit confined...

Extremely clean and well presented. Room and toilets were spotless. Staff were friendly and accommodation had even more facilities than advertised.

Clean, quiet, spacious and relaxing. Staff are really cool and helpful too.Brilliant location which puts you about 10 mins from lots of things to do and see in Bristol. A stone's throw from the bus station and supply shops like Tesco, LIDL etc. too. Highly recommended.

Only thing I didn't like was the late check-in policy. If guests have to check out by 11, then other guests shouldn't have to wait until 3 pm to be able to check in. Having paid for your room, It's way too late in the afternoon to have to check in at such a late time. If you have an early flight into Bristol, you best not be very tired or unlucky with the weather b/c it's a long morning/afternoon ahead before you can enjoy the privacy and comfort of your room. If you could make this a 1pm check-in , that would be great!
