clean and worked perfectly for kids and adults with the separate living spaces. kids loved garden. nice touch with the welcome basket.

I was planning on writing to you regarding your neighbour across the road. We were out at night to a friends 50th in Terrigal but the kids were home with a sitter. The kids played a game of tip at 6.30pm involving running around the back and round to the front, not even leaving the property. They were excited and supposedly noisy, neighbour (male) complained and was not nice at all to our sitter. she immediately made the kids come inside. The neighbours reaction to kids noise was completely OTT. We weren’t even home to make any noise, if we actually had hired the house to enjoy it and have a bbq with friends there would have been more noise than a few kids playing a game, music and adults talking etc. In the morning we all left early. The first car to leave had the woman videoing them. I was then leaving at 10am and the lady came over and abused us, shouting about the kids noise, telling us we aren’t welcome in their neighbourhood, shouted I don’t care if you’ve paid to stay here and telling me to just pack up and leave! She also said she’d been videoing my kids in the morning as they were around the front as we packed up. I told her that it’s illegal! She is not permitted to record videos of children without parents consent when they are on private property. The man also came across and both were shouting at us going on about their previous history with police, saying they could call the police on us which is ridiculous at 6.30pm for a game of tip! Just thought you should know about their behaviour in this situation.

The location and view was beautiful.

We found it a little dirty, the main bed was broken and the aircon was broken which meant the house was extremely stuffy making it very hard to sleep.
