The good: Renovations to the structure are nice. The location to town is convenient. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, toilet paper, and complementary travel supplies. Neighborhood is quiet, and appears to be rebuilding. Lots of pillows, comfortable coach, and plenty of extra blankets. The garage had a pool table that was a nice surprise. What needs work: The floors are uneven and can make for easy tripping. Main floor shower has a window directly across from it with no curtains. The back door directly across from the bathroom door has a large window and no curtain. The bedroom on the bottom floor needs a dresser or shelves, something to place clothes or bags on. There is a 2 inch step into the kitchen, it’s not clearly marked and we stripped over it several times. There is no banister on the open side of the stairs making it tricky and dangerous for small kids or pets. The beds upstairs are hard and uncomfortable. The bedding had holes in it. The washer was extremely small. 4-5 lightweight pieces could be washed at a time and it took 1-3 hours for each load. We gave up on doing laundry (and you had to walk through the downstairs bedroom to get to it)

The property is in a nice location near town allowing you to never be far from the things needed. Ample room for the 8 of us that stayed there.

I stayed at the property with two elderly couples. We wished there was another railing on the stairs. The stairs were shallow. There was poor Internet connection, but it turned out to be a good thing. We had a very relaxing time. The location was very good, close to Greenville village and short drive to Lily Bay State Park. Kitchen was well-equipped. The enclosed porch was good for exercising and drinking tea.

Really liked the location, we could see the fireworks from the front of the property. It's on the atv trail system so that is another bonus since we were there to ride. The one issue is the first floor kitchen dining is on a slightly different level than the main entry next to garage. From less than an inch to slightly more than an inch. It's also a sharp edge from laminated flooring that was never finished by the person who flipped the house, I suspect. It's a trip hazard that two of us hit, and I ended up with a bad cut on my toe because it's not a finished threshold/transition between the two levels. Fix the transition and I think it's a win all around.

Our family really enjoyed this well appointed cabin. It is small but recently redone and very nicely set up. It’s easy to find just a couple of minutes drive from “downtown” Greenville and has peaks of Lake views from two upstairs bedrooms and the front porch. We really loved the place. I am not a huge fan of Vacasa in general as a property management company. In the past and in this case as well, I found it very difficult to get a human being to help us and some of the basic features on Vrbo like canceling or changing dates were disabled/would not work so we had to make repeated calls and inquiries to get assistance.

This was a great experience. The home was clean, well appointed, and was a great location! Thanks for such a comfortable home for the weekend.

This place has plenty of room and plenty of parking. I would recommend the spot all day!

Great 2 story house close to downtown Greenville. Newly renovated. Dog and kid friendly.
