Clean. Very big rooms

Hotel seemed new and in great condition. Comfortable king sized bed, good AC, and kitchenette with a nice size fridge. Conveniently located near the PNC arena. Grills and outdoor patio looked new. The only downside was there wasn’t a restaurant or bar onsite to meet with our friends before the show.

Large room with a great setup. Good area plenty of parking easy in and out. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was nice and clean everywhere we were.

Extra friendly staff and great room with bedroom separate from sitting area with pull out couch. Great for a couple with a kid along for the ride.

Room was quiet, clean an comfortable; however, a few things lacking was that it did not have a bedside clock/radio, no TV guide, no information on the area or hotel, no restaurants on the premises.

The staff was amazing. 1 staff member in particular made a special accommodation for me and my friend. He was amazing

Although we had a lovely welcome to the hotel we had problems with the housekeeping -the trash from the previous stay had not been removed and we had no housekeeping service at all during our stay- and the room itself - the a/c unit was so noisy we could not have it on whilst we were in the room. Neither of these issues appeared to concern the staff and no attempt was made to rectify the issues.

Nice spacious rooms and great shower pressure in the showers. Pillows and bed could be more comfortable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I would NEVER book here again. We got locked out our rooms 3 times, very upsetting and complete inconvenience. The breakfast is absolutely untasty with very limited options. You do better going to the local gas station. The staff there are complete liars and unprofessional. Due to the inconvenience of being locked out our rooms which caused a complete delay with our plans, we were told that two nights would be comped. During checkout and finalization of the bill, the staff lied and said she never said that....that's right a complete untrustworthy, unprofessional and pathetic LIAR. The hotel manager was just as unprofessional and threatened to call the police because we trying to getting things situated...mind you all while keeping the piece. Thank goodness a staff member walked by that we totally forgot was standing there during the course of myself and LIAR conversation. And thank goodness he was truthful and admitted she was lying. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....SAVE YOURSELF, MONEY, MIND & PEACE AND DO NOT STAY HERE!! Don't say I didn't warn you.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms had plenty of space and lots of amenities.

The location is great 30 min or less to where i need to go. That particular weekend was the Dreamville festival and it was only 10 min away from the hotel. When we checked in Friday night, 4/6/24 the staff member that was a front desk was the only staff member there. I can't remember his name but he did an amazing job considering the circumstances. The room was nice and clean but my blinds didn't work, being that there was only 1 window it would have been nice to be able to open and close the blinds in the room. Overall great place to stay 😊👍

An amazing place to stay,specially for the first time visitors and tourists to Raleigh and the Triangle Area. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Jody was quite above and beyond. Shawn was also a good team player. Location of the hotel is quite accessible to the major high ways It was a great place to stay and will be back there again when the opportunity comes

Great hotel minutes away from pnc.

The good: Easy access off of I40, convenient to PNC Arena, close to dining and shopping. Clean rooms, great staff! The not so good: Mattress was very hard, pillows are WAY too soft! That said this was our second stay at this property in less than six months and we will definitely return again. Highly recommend, especially for events at PNC,

The electric curtains/shades did not work and the shower know was messed up.
