A lovely space to relax & enjoy the natural beauty. The staff were kind and helpful. The space was very clean and lovely! Breakfast was great too!

Hidden gem worth the drive

The seven park colico was heavenly

Really a nice place with a perfect view and a perfect place with lots of nature, lake and mountains - really nice 💪

We specifically chose this property because it is advertised as Adults Only. Unfortunately this is not an accurate representation of the hotel as we found out by speaking with the reception staff after three under-5's, three teenage boys, a young girl and another young boy appeared by the pool on the Saturday before we checked out. Turns out the local council has mandated that as a condition of Seven Parks building their property they must allow access to locals of ALL ages to use the pool facilities. This means locals come and purchase access, get a bright orange wrist band and then dive, jump and squeal around and in the pool as children do. This was extremely disappointing for us as it was not the relaxing poolside environment we had paid for. Otherwise the hotel facilties are satisfactory. The cafe open for dinner during the week is average. Breakfast is excellent, staff are lovely. Room size is tiny and there is NO PRIVACY once you open your curtains as there is no privacy dividers between the outdoor patio areas of each room. This could be easily resolved with some plants or due to lack of space fencing/trellis/frosted glass or plastic to provide the illusion at least of privacy between guests. The hot water surged in our bathroom and kept getting cooler throughout the duration of the shower. Parking for the third carpark should be controlled by an access gate like the parking beside the hote Overall would we return or recommend the property most likely not.

Pre-book a taxi. Its not walking distance with bags.

Great service and lovely place to stay

Victoria on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and sits on the lake. Adult only means it’s a quiet hotel which is great. Tip is to ask for room 131 onwards as it’s the closest to the lake

Great place to stay in colico

This property is modern and beautifully designed. The pool and common areas are spacious and very accessible. The staff is friendly, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Lastly, the onsite restaurant was very upscale and located on the lakeside, which made dinner very enjoyable.

Good location but seems remote from the beach even though the beach is very close. The resort obviously prides itself on their guests enjoying peace and quiet which is a welcome change from most resorts. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was good and the spa is a nice touch. If only one of the two outdoor pools were heated, I would have given a higher rating.

Staff was wonderful, grounds were beautiful. We loved everything about this hotel and will be back!

Spectacular

Lovely hotel but availability of services such as bar opening times and food was limited during the day. The hotel restaurant was lovely in terms of setting but the service and food portions were not great. Overall a good stay though

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, with an egg station for made-to-order eggs everyday! There’s a great spa and fitness center on site that we also took advantage of. The best part about this hotel though was the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were! I would stay here again if we ever have the chance, it was wonderful!

Lovely location, and hotel, however was almost like the hotel wasn't completely ready for guests, reception staff manned the bar, with limited stock, couldn't even supply coffee for the room, and the restaurant wasn't open.

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Park. The hotel staffs are very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was great and really enjoyed the walk at the lake in early morning and night.

Beautiful location just stunning. Hotel service was fantastic. Room was lovely with great patio to garden and wonderful views. Very nice modern hotel. We enjoyed the spa as a nice extra, which was free sauna, gym and steam room. The pool looked lovely but weather not on our side. Great breakfast.

Beautiful location with great views.

This hotel is fabulous! It’s in a quieter part of Lake Como but we loved this because it was quieter. It’s extremely close to the train station, hotel is lovely and modern. Spotlessly clean, great staff, the breakfast was really good especially the omelette which are cooked fresh to order. The scenery is just stunning. I can’t recommend a better and more reasonable place to stay. We would definitely return thank you 😊

This was terrible. The staff were very rude and would not turn the AC on even though our room got up to 28C. We could not sleep and the staff said to open the window if it was too hot even though it was raining and the people next door were on the patio smoking so we smell like smoke and were sweating and they did nothing. Do not stay here

Beautiful property! Looks exactly like the photos. The town is quiet but there are still plenty of dining options and places to explore. Both the train station and ferry boat connections are conveniently only a few minutes walking distance away. The staff here is wonderful and I fully enjoyed my stay! Would definitely stay here again! :)

Such a beautiful, peaceful hotel. Location is so great, next to the lake. The view from every direction is beautiful. The hotel itself is so clean, and really beautiful. Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. The spa was so nice. We were really happy we stayed at this hotel! We’d love to return here some day!

We stayed here for 3 nights just before the season started, and it was lovely and quiet. The staff are extremely helpful and the lake rooms are beautiful. We had housekeeping come in and clean every day we were there, which we weren't expecting. The breakfast buffet is perfect. The only things we didnt like is that you have a limit of 2 very small coffee's per person at breakfast, and the mini-bar has very limited tea/coffee, no milk and it doesn't get replenished during your stay. Also, outside the rooms there are extremely loud pest alarms going off every 15 seconds. This spoilt the peaceful atmosphere quite a bit and was very annoying. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

A lovely one night stay, out of season so the bar and restaurant were not open yet. The room had a terrace with a lake view. Giulia in reception was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was nice and you cannot fault the place for the view. We would thoroughly recommend.

7 Park is a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The rooms are a little small but overall we were comfortable and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and had lots of chairs. The pool was very cold but we enjoyed sitting out in the sun and staring at the mountains. Breakfast was included and was great, lots of options. We had dinner at the restaurant and would say the food was just okay (compared to all other amazing Italian food we had). Spa onsite and overall very relaxing area to vacation. Colico was not as touristy as other areas of Lake Como which we liked a lot. There was still an area along the lake to walk around and some restaurants in town. Lots of outdoor activities (boat rentals, SUP, kite surfing, horseback riding, etc.) Very close to the train station and ferry stop, a quick walk to each. We took the ferry down to Bellagio and Varenna and spent the day there. **advice to buy your return ferry ticket when you arrive at the destination because the later ferries do sellout** Would stay again, we really enjoyed it!
