Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen!

Der Zustand unseres Zimmers war nicht sehr gut. Die Steckdose hing samt Kabel aus der Wand. Das Waschbecken hatte einen großen Sprung.

Great location & breakfast!

No airconditioning. There was a mobile one, but the pipe kept falling out. Terrible so the room was 30 degrees. At reception they were not really helpful fixing this.

Breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent helping me out when I forgot my passport! Really nice hotel in a nice location

The room was fantastic. Nice kitchenette. Wonderful shower with nice hot water. Room had Air conditioning that worked great. Very good food & nice Italian restaurant attached. Staff at both restaurant and hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Very good selection of foods for breakfast and they also had a good restaurant with outside dining area.Right in the old part of town with plenty of restaurants and cafes.Interesting historical museum in an old castle and two other museums in a fortified area on the other side of the river.Attractive walks beside moat and walks in woodland and parks. Two bottles of water are supplied free so I put them in the mini-fridge.

Of minor fault is the mini fridge is described as a mini-bar and the room is meant to overlook a garden but there is no garden,only the outside restaurant area with small potted trees. In hot weather I only got a view of the parasols apart from Monday when the restaurant was closed and two parasols were folded down.

Breakfast was good, plenty choice in the buffet. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and as much coffee as you like in the “tea corner” on floor 2. Hotel has a lift. Good location for shops and the Audi Factory which was the purpose of our visit. Being in the old town, the streets and buildings are amazing. Very clean city.

Pillows weren’t the best.

Breakfast is normal, lack of hot dishes. Rooms is big.

Floor is so noisy, old, windows unable to close due to old style. room was on the street side, ir was very loud. Bathroom ir very old.

Excellent breakfast

Incredible location in the heart of an old town. Welcoming reception, great and diverse breakfast. Free bike rental was a great bonus actually. Recommend!

Open doors with keys might be a bit dated, but can live with that.

Lighting was a bit difficult to handle but once helped by very friendly staff no problem!

Cosy, clean and comfortable place. Interesting interior design and extremely polite stuff.

Location is excellent and room was spacious. We got the crib for the baby and late check out for additional fare.

There was no hot water in the room. Getting in and out of the parking garage was a bit complicated, could be better marked or clearly explained.
