I enjoyed everything about this place, from the afternoon drink next to the pool to the lovely dinner to the pretty facilities.

The location of Hotel is perfect to explore western Tuscany.

unfortunately the weather was to bad to enjoy the pool, but it is most definetely one of the reason to come back.

While my wife and I spend a good deal of time choosing the kind of hotel that enhances a trip to a region, in this case a part of Tuscany, this hotel actually exceeded our expectations. Though it is in a mildly "citified" locale (and mildly, it is), once on the grounds of the hotel with is ample parking, you can forget that altogether and you're actually engulfed in a "Tuscan" environment. The grounds are well kept and the architecture, while up to date, is authentically "Tuscan" and charming in all respects. The staff, particularly at the breakfast room and dining room, were thoroughly accommodating...and speaking of the dining room, it's just wonderful in its exceptional appearance and the food and wine choices. I've actually attempted to think of a single thing about this hotel that wasn't to our liking and I just can't come up with a thing.

Locatiom was good, between multiple towna. Once at the Relais nothing in walkimg distamce though. Room was nice, atmoaphere too.

The place is beautiful and the location is very convenient for a starting point to discover Tuscany. Room was clean and very spacious, with new contemporary furniture. Breakfast is very tasty and has a lot of choice, and the staff were super friendly.

you can hear the highway from the pool and it’s very close to the local town. so great location to be close to things but quite central if you’re seeking something more tranquil

a very strong naphthalene smell coming out of the A/C in each room.... made me think about my grandmother's house back in the 1980's... and the A/C itself isnt doing the job in a hot summer evening... really weak water pressure. The breakfast could be better for this price point.

there was a smell coming from some bushes next to the pool. maybe fertilizer or some strange plant, but the staff didn't know about it although it smelled pretty bad

Good pool, beautiful property and in a good location.

The staff service could have been better for a 4 star, if felt like they needed more staff present. Shower was broken and not very strong. The pool area was quite noisy from traffic and a ?concert going on in the town at the time. Our room aircon struggled somewhat in the July heat (attic room).

Great pool and perfect staff! Nice wineries around 15km around. Check also bar on the other side!
