it’s a really good and big hotel, easy to find, easy to park

our room was in the other side so we had to pass the restaurant and find the elevator on the right to go to our room, it’s a little bit awkward, but it’s ok!

The location is a short drive from the centre of Perugia but is also close to a small town with a mall and restaurants.

I would like to especially praise Angela at the front desk ! She could not have been more friendly or helpful ! She is definitely a huge asset to your organization !!

Air conditioning in room really not very good . Would have made a huge difference in comfort level .

The staff were incredibly welcoming and excellent at addressing any small concern we had.

No English speaking channels. It was available in the lobby but not the rooms. The TV's are miniscule, 19" so even if there were channels one could watch, it was very far away. If you don't want to extend satellite services with English channels into the rooms,perhaps new Smart TV'S so that one can stream Netflix,Prime etc.

Staff, restaurant, location, overall hotel condition.

No soundproof walls.

Nice and clean with great staff

good value for the price. small room but clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom with rain shower. AC worked great. first room unfortunately smelled of smoke (even through hotel is supposedly non smoking) and staff gave me a different room which was fine.

previous guest must have smoked in one of the rooms.

Clean, pet-friendly, easy check-in, parking available outside.

Not so close to the city center.
