This is a great townhome to stay near Disney. The pictures and description are accurate to what you will experience. The check-in process at the Windsor Hills guardhouse took a few minutes the first time (but it made us feel more secure); afterwards it was easy to scan your pass and be on your way. Very convenient to everything in the area.

Clean, good location, good response from Host.

We booked this townhouse for a quick last minute trip but we always stay at Windsor Hills. Location wise, this townhouse is in a great location towards the beginning of the community and it doesn’t take long to get it and out each day. All areas were very clean and matched the photos in the listing. There were a few small things that are usual for rentals with high use (one shower door kept coming off the track and the drain for the one tub kept falling down) but this didn’t take away from our experience. The kids loved the splash pool and it was nice to have a full kitchen to eat breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

After horrible travel day the owners bent over backwards to get us into the home and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property. The kids also said their Mickey room was amazing!

The house fit our needs. Close to the Disney Parks.

The property is decent for the price. There aren’t any frills, but it was clean. The upstairs bunk bed is not stable. Our boys used it and it creaked all night and we worried it was going to fall. The bedding is also just okay; the comforters are pretty thin. Also, plan to get there in time to purchase items like Clorox wipes, extra toilet paper, paper products, laundry detergent (it asked for you to start the first load of towels when you leave but no deterrent was provided), etc. Most items are not provided that you will need. The pool area at the clubhouse is decent, but there are pretty limited lawn chairs, so if you don’t get there by 11:00 you won’t get one so plan accordingly for that because multiple days my entire family of six had to share one or two lawn chairs because there weren’t enough for the amount of people trying to use the pool. We also had a problem getting into the property when we got there at 11 at night; we were given the wrong door code. Luckily, after 15-20 minutes, we did get a hold of someone who gave us the correct code. All of that said, for a “value” priced accommodation, it’s what you would expect. It is definitely cheaper than many places in Orlando.

The property was as advertised. Well kept, lots of space and everything worked. The property manager was responsive and in full communication.

This was a great place to bring the kids! My 3 kids loved sharing a room and being able to play the PS4. We paid a little extra to have the pool heated and it was 100% worth it! It felt great after a long day at the parks! The house was very clean and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We loved our stay. The beds are a 10/10–you can tell they are great quality. Our family loved the pool at the townhouse and the townhouse itself had the perfect amount of towels, kitchen items, etc. for our family of 6. We plan to come stay again!

The location is perfect for access to Disney. The community was safe and has great amenities. Be easy with the sliding door to the pool. I got it back on track and it worked just fine as long as we were easy and aware! We will definitely be back in the future! I got to celebrate my 50th birthday with my granddaughters at Disney! It was their first trip!

This is our second time staying here and we love this place! The little pool is so much fun and having the kitchen helps save so much money when spending all day at the parks. As a heads up the sliding glass door to the pool seems to have something going on with it when it is opened or closed where it is difficult to move and also makes a loud noise. Might need a wheel adjustment or replacement. It was still usable and didn’t cause us a problem, just wanted to make sure you were aware.

We stayed here for a long holiday weekend and felt right at home. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the house was clean.

Second time staying! Clean, roomy and perfect location to all the parks! We enjoy it everytime

It was clean, description was the same, the only thing is the bunk beds my son could not sleep on the top because it looks like they tried to fix it so the bed was wobblily, even the bottom one was moving when you just lay in it.

Property was great, everything was as expected and is close to the Disney parks and the resort pool and water slides. It felt very comfortable and had everything on site that was needed. I would recommend staying at this property, we hope to stay again in the future!

Our experience was nothing but excellent, the guys at the gate that helped us check in were really nice and friendly and the property was awesome and it was very quiet and calm, we had no issues with anything. Would definitely come here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property management was great to work with; fast to respond and friendly. Perfect location; 15 minutes to all the Disney parks and Walmart less than 5 minutes away. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

My family and my sisters family stayed at the Golden One townhouse the first week of. November. It was an excellent location to enjoy the WDW parks and all Orlando has to offer. The pool and facilities were great. Staff was helpful and nice. We will definitely be staying at this resort in the future.

The property was nice. Windsor Falls management team was the BEST!!! But the property managers at Palm State Property were unresponsive and Windsor Falls had to contact the property owners directly for a parking issue. After hours, this company does not answer their emails or messages and the answering service only tells you that they don't know what to tell you. They have no emergency numbers.

We had a hiccup getting through the gate at check in..we had 2 vehicles for 7 of us checking in. I gave my ID and was good to go however my step dad was unable to come in due to not being in system. I was never asked my other vehicles names before coming. It was 11 at night so I called the on call property managers in which I was told their was nothing they could do and to call the owner. I had no way other than email to get ahold of melisa. This was frustrating since my child was in that car and we drove 10 hours to get there. After a long fight with the gate we got a day pass and got it figured out first thing in the morning.. the condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. My son loved the pool and it was the perfect spot to get to the parks we needed. Property management after hours need to get it together. Otherwise the daytime property manager and owner are amazing!

It was really nice wish it was a little bit more kid friendly they had glass tables dinning and living room table were glass they didn't have plastic wear that we could reuse they had glass the bedroom down stairs could of had a trundle bed or bunks beds so u could have more room 😀 but other then than we enjoyed our stay 😊 thank you !

This home was clean, and cozy. We felt safe and secure at this location. They provided all the basics necessities during our stay. My kids love it and so did we. The only issue I had was at time for check in, I didnt know how to access the house. I searched my email and didnt find any instructions or code. I called the number on the confirmation email and was sent to voicemail. I google searched the property and I was able to get the access info over the phone. During check out, I wasn't sure what to do. I left the property and called the same number. She advised me I was given a paper with instructions on how to check out. I explain to her that I didnt see a paper. She let me know the details. One thing she mention was for put the towels in the washer, I explained to her that we could not find any laundry pods so we weren't able to run the washer. I already insured alot was done on the list before leaving, however I forgot to clean out the refrigerator. So I turned back to clean it out by throwing away unopened items and left a tip. The lady I spoke with Kim, was very kind and friendly. We loved this place and do plan on booking again next year. Thank you for letting us stay and visit your home.

We had such a nice long weekend! This was our second time staying in Windsor Hills and we will definitely be staying at this property again. It was perfect for our family of 4 and the kids just loved the Mickey room. It was clean and close to everything. The neighborhood pool was a highlight of the trip. Kids would have stayed there all day if we let them. Highly recommend :)

This townhouse had everything we needed to get us through our vacation. The location was perfect to theme parks and everywhere else we needed to get to. Definitely recommend this place.

We will stay here the next time we go to Disney. This place was in a great location, very clean, the king bed upstairs was very comfortable and having the little pool was great for my 11 year old. I want to note we didn’t cook much but it seemed to have a good amount of silverware and all the common size pans were there. There was us and another family that stayed in this condo, 4 adults and 2 teens and one young child and we had plenty of room! The 3 bathrooms was an amazing plus!

Really great house, easy drive to Disney each day. Plenty of space for our family and beds were really comfortable! Property managers were easy to get a hold of and super kind. If I had to give one area of improvement, it would be that the pool deck needs updating. It’s a little worn/old and dirty, but we still enjoyed the pool several times. We paid for the pool heat and it was really warm for our entire stay. All in all a great house and we would stay here again!
