Been there before but never been in room that was dirty and had roaches.

Everyone was kind and friendly and kept the hotel clean was a very inexpensive place tonstay rooms were clean We will come again.

My stay was the absolute most terrible stay I have ever had. I had been on the road for two weeks driving from Yucatan, Mexico. I am on my way home to Virginia. I was checking out at the lobby and my car broke down. It wouldn't start and we thought it was the battery. We determined it was the starter & a nice man offered to fix it for me. I had been there about three hours trying to fix my car and things were going well until the evening desk clerk arrived. My car was under the front canopy but there was enough room for other cars to drive by so it was not blocking the driveway. When the evening clerk arrived the first thing he said was my car had to be moved immediately. The nice man who was helping me was under my car replacing the starter. We told the clerk that it was being fixed and it would be moved shortly. He said we needed to call a tow truck immediately or he was going to call the police and he would tow it. The clerk was very mean, rude, and very unhelpful to us so we complained that we wanted to deal with the general manager. He refused to help us and called the police. I booked a room there for an additional night since my car was broken down there. I am traveling with my service dog. The clerk called the police and I ended up getting arrested, my car was towed, & my dog put in a shelter. NEVER stay at this place!

The most terrible stay I've ever had in my life! The evening desk clerk looked & acted like a drug addict. He was sloppy, unkept, rotten teeth, long stringy hair, and old clothes. He and I ended up getting into a disagreement about my car being broken down. Although I had booked another night, he ended up calling the police on me and I was arrested for "public intoxication", my car was towed, and my service dog was put in the pound. Absolutely extreme, outrageous, behavior by a desk clerk at a motel. Hotels.com should not allow this property to be listed.

Room was dirty, toilet was backed up, and the shower made a terrible noise and water filled the tub while you showered. One of the beds was so squeaky we had trouble sleeping.

Well maintained hotel with personality. Great value especially compared to other hotels in area that were price gouging because of nearby NASCAR race.

We had a great stay

The front desk staff were very gracious and helpful to me. The room was adequate for me. Shower was warm enough and I had everything I needed. I slept well. I had a refrigerator for my food with a freezer - worked very well!

The bed, microwave, and refrigerator were o.k. But the room did NOT HAVE HOT WATER.

I liked the location, it was close to my venue

Room was freshly painted and with the exception of the bathroom door which was peeling, in good condition. The only thing dirty was the vinyl flooring which looked clean but black came off my feet when I stepped into the shower. Not a bad place for the money. Property needs some serious updating....carpet in the halls, rugs from previous businesses still at some of the doors.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice and clean. When we got to the room, door was already open. Did not seem like the room had been cleaned. Beds were made, but floor was sticky, comforters had stains, and toilet had hair on it. Side tables were also sticky. Otherwise, beds were comfortable. Overall, cleanliness standard and cleaning procedures could use improvement.

It was fine but needed more pkugs in the rooms.

The people didn’t honor the price i expected. They. charged me the regular fee plus deposit. And the hotel lady acted as if she couldn’t find my reservation. Will not book again with this place.

Wonderful location, clean room. Only problem is no continental breakfast on site.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Roaches on the floor. Carpet stained and smells of rot. Bathroom door with hole punched in it. Exterior doors are broken an unsecured. Ended up leaving and finding a room elsewhere. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen

Nice. Swimming pool, convenience store and pub/restaurant next door.

Very nice room,bed was nice and comfortable. I was aware it was under construction. Was able to walk out and smoke. Think the housekeepers have rooms on the end. With their chairs, and shopping carts, kinda noisy. Little refer in the air as well. Ice maker was broke. But i slept well, stayed 2 nights.

The property is run down, dirty and outdated. Doors that should have been secured were broke, the couch was filthy, linens were stained and the bathroom faucet pulled out of the wall even though our room was a newly “remodeled room.” The positive side of our experience was that it’s in a good location close to shops.

Rooms were dirty and switches/lamps/bathroom door - broken. Moved to another room. Beds still looked dirty pool was closed which stated was open at sute.

The pool was not usable but that was not shared on the website. I booked here because a pool was listed as amenities. I had to give a $100 damage deposit that I didn't know about until I checked in at the hotel. The water in the shower was cold, no warm water was available.
