The property was exactly as shown in the photos. It’s a lovely and spacious 4 bedroom house. The bedrooms were all comfortable, cost and had decent wardrobes, drawers and space for our luggage. The living room and dining room area was warm, comfortable, clean and homely. The kitchen and shower room was extremely modern, with amenities included. Ince the heating was in, the whole house remained very warm. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had and we were able to communicate with them easily.
I can’t say I didn’t like it, but some rooms were very modern like the bedroom down stairs and one of the bedrooms upstairs. The other 2 bedrooms were slightly dated. The living room was old fashioned but just immaculate. I would say the property would be better with an additional shower room. There needs to be some lights outside the house (sensor lights) by the walkway to the front door as it was pitch black and you can’t see what your walking on and was tough carrying our luggage. The description states there are 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet, hence why we booked this for 5 adults but the description was apparently by Booking.com and not the property owners.

The property is finished to a professional high standard and exceptional cleanliness. When it felt chilly there are heaters that are provided. Will definitely stay there again. The hosts were always active any questions we needed or required

We were all happy with the accommodation and will book again. It was clean, comfortable and warm. The brochure was great, and well presented, without too much detail to trawl through.
When the key box code did not work, the ring bell was quickly answered and the correct info given.

I would not say we didn't like these things, but I believe in honest feedback, helps improve things, so here are some comments for you.
We had forgotten tea/coffee/milk etc. in other places this has been included and is a nice touch, all be it not essential.
There were 4 towels, but they were placed in 2 of the rooms rather than one in each room, so 1 person had no towel at all because the first person up used 2, (I feel 2 towels per person is needed, for hair and body)
The postcode takes you behind the property, in the dark this was hard to find, a description of this would be helpful in your lovely brochure.
The keybox code was incorrect, although resolved straight away.

The house was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was available and the kitchen and facilities were very good. It is in a great location, near the NEC and other conferencing facilities.
There wasn't anything to dislike about the great property.

Houe has everything that you need. We did ask for more pillows and even though we arrived super late Friday night the host came out to bring us more :-)

It is a beautiful home, the downstairs is especially well decorated. I loved the sinks!
I liked the coffee machine and provided pods, thank you. The signs were particularly helpful. I also liked the mini toiletries, smelt lovely.
Unfortunately there was a wasps nest outside the upstairs bedroom window and the window unbeknownst to us had been left open just a bit so I was awoken by several wasps in my room. A small hazard I’m sure the owner will address asap, thankfully it was me who had that room and not my children. Bedsheets were torn in places, due a replacement.

We liked the updated kitchen/bathroom facilities; the tiles were quite nice. Each room had towels, and the WiFi was sufficient for four people. Guides/notices were visible throughout, although some font choices can be hard to read. The location was perfect for NEC as well as available parking right outside.
The large rear room has quite an open, catholic decor with various furnishings either out of place or in a location that isn't usable (two small couches on either side of the room). The front room next to the kitchen felt like a makeshift living room with the TV from an upstairs bedroom and two seater sofa for a house that sleeps 7.
Each room had a drastic decor change. I feel the room next to Kitchen should be the dining room, and the rear of the property to have corner/connecting couches to accommodate seven people.
Recycling was clear at the property for plastic/aluminium cans etc. Just a single bin.
Wasn't any coffee for the Tasimo machine, only the milk pods, no instant coffee in the cupboards or UHT milk etc and Fridge was switched off.

Only a suggestion, but hand towels as well as bath towels would have been helpful.

Such a lovely find, we went for a work trip to the NEC so perfect location for us. very comfortable stay we all said we wished we had booked another evening! really nicely decorated, amazing shower!

There were diffusers in all rooms and the scent was overpowering. Such scent gives me migraines.

Everything! Absolutely beautiful house! The decor is amazing, very well done! We were all very impressed and happy with the details thought of.

I have no bad words to say about this property it was exceptional. The house is so modern and beautiful, with absolutely everything you need, the area is quiet which was also lovely we stayed here for a concert and was only 10 mins from the NEC.
Everything was extremely clean, the bed and bedding was so comfortable in every room, they property provided toiletries also.
everything was super easy, and I would 1 million perfect reccomend to anyone who’s looking to stay!
