In short, the hosting of the property which has been sub-contracted to a company called My Property Host. Before arrival, they asked for a lot of personal information including a picture of photo ID, which I was unhappy about releasing to an unknown third party. But the main problem was parking on arrival, which resulted in me receiving a PCN for £100 which I have had to pay. The area is heaving with cars and guests have no access to the designated car park until checked in and then registered online with CEL, the car park operator. Parking in the unloading bay is limited to 30 mins. The host was late, keeping us waiting, it took ages registering with CEL because the password details in the apartment were incorrect and the host provided no help or had any sense of urgency. Since receiving the PCN , My Property Host have washed their hands of my problem. It’s a nice apartment, but if you book it, make sure that you can meet the host immediately on arrival and get your car into the car park before even going up to the apartment.
