I generally don’t like to give a poor review but I booked a suite. In the pictures of the suite on the hotels.com site it clearly shows a lovely standalone bath. When my wife arrived the suite had no bath and when we complained we were advised that the image of a standalone bath was used as a “reference “. I accept some images may be used as references such as side lamps, vases, lamps etc.. but a standalone bath! What next.. why not throw in a picture of an Olympic size swimming pool, sky lounge,

Great one night stay. Comfortable slept well. Dinner and breakfast was very nice. Personnel was very nice and professional. I recommend this to anyone

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were the kindest and most polite of my trip.
The hotel has modernized utilities, but has maintained the character of the building. The central location was a plus with no car. Recommend!

Amazing! Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was delicious!

Great location! Parking isn’t the easiest but doable. The hallways are a little loud & walks are pretty thin as we could hear snoring in the next room.

The hotel was nice but you had to park quite a ways away and the Bar Restaurant was terrible.

The beds were great. It was the noisiest place I’ve ever tried to sleep at. We were a few doors down from main security door and It continually slammed all night. Our room was 3 doors away from the elevators . A loud group woke us up at 3 am. The floors are wood, and sounds were a little echoed and loud.

Great location to the centre of Sligo with nice surroundings and friendly staff.
Had a problem with our original room but staff were great and arranged a suitable swap and gave us a free drink. We eat in the restaurant for breakfast and was very good.Had a meal one night in the restaurant which also was tasty.

The Address is super cute. The rooms were nice. Small but it was enough for 1 person. Very modern and cozy at the same time. The restaurant was great. I had lunch there and also breakfast as part of my stay. I would definitely stay there again as it's close to the train station and the main shopping area.

Hotel policy is very annoying. First of all i was given an accessible room and when asked to change it i was informed there's no other option except club room which i have to pay 40 euros to move to which is really the same except that it has a king bed and bath robes and slipper... Then i asked for late checkout and was told 20 euros per hour. It felt like a Ryanair.

Great room layout, the windows were just lovely, I found a bike rack down the street for easy parking. Altogether a very hospitable resting place on a visit to Sligo for an experience of the grand beaches and monuments.

Beautiful hotel, room was stunning, clean and modern and great facilities. Staff on reception were kind and even brought me extra milk with a note. In the center of town and easy to get around.

Parking was unavailable near the hotel. Had to park in a garage and walk with luggage. Otherwise 5 star.

Great place, wonderful staff!

My room was accidentally assigned with 2 twin beds instead of my king/twin setup I booked. The manager of the restaurant, Owyn, gave us free entrees at the restaurant (North) and a free dessert since we were on an anniversary trip. He turned a bad situation into a great memory!

It's in a nice location and walkable to all services. There is no parking at this property, but it is available at another hotel that is only a 5-minute walk away.

This is a hard review to write - because the people working here are so kind, helpful, friendly, and wonderful. That said - our stay felt like a horror movie setup. First - the parking isn’t open so you have to park in a cramped garage across the street at a discount, but the garage never gave us a ticket as the gate was stuck open when we arrived. Only one small elevator “worked” but even still, the floors it took you to didn’t match the buttons - and two of the floors seemed like they shouldn’t be open to the public (a dark basement and a floor that seemed to be a work space?). Then of our three rooms only one had an operating thermostat as it’s locked with a code that the staff didn’t have available. It is walkable though and has lovely staff. I’m sure it will be great once renovations are complete.

If we have to have been notified that this hotel was closing for 6 months, we wouldn’t have gone or maybe our expectations might have been lower. The bar was open one night but empty and closed the second night. The breakfast was not great. There was absolutely no atmosphere in the hotel. The man checking us in was so unhelpful when I asked him about the car park. You can park in the other hotel but didn’t say whether we were to be charged or not. We were charged. Not a big issue been charged but just a bit of advice may have been good. On the plus side, Agnes was lovely. And she was working all over the place. Very pleasant lady

Great location, easy walking area, the room was clean, and the employees were very kind and down to earth. The mattress was not very comfortable, it was an old style spring mattress and I felt the springs and so did my wife. The size of the room for what you are paying is very small, but I guess all of Ireland is expensive.

Wonderful customer service. Was worried on arrival as the lobby seems old and run down. Bar area not open at all, but is where breakfast is. The room was fabulous and modern. Checkin and out was easy as we booked with Hotels.com. Aggie, desk attendant, was fabulous and both friendly and very helpful with local recommendations! Wish they were all like her.
Parking is a little tricky, the hotel back lot... don't even bother. But the garage in the back is only 4 euro for however long your car is in there.

The stay was lovely. But the breakfast was cold and the scrambled was dry and disgusting to look at .And we dad breakfast at 9 am its not good enough for 12.00 euro.

Great location and great room. Min connection with staff was checkin and checkout and the staff could not have been friendlier.
Two negatives:
Despite staying two lights, the room wasn’t made up once.
I almost ate in the hotel on the first night but was told that 1950 (when I went downstairs) was too late to eat!!!!
