Zeer schoon appartement met goede bedden. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goed ontbijt met veel keus, wordt goed aangevuld. Op loopafstand van het strand en heel veel restaurantjes.
keuken is vrij minimaal en er is niet echt een woon/eet kamer. Ook het balkon was net te smal om met 3 personen te kunnen eten. Koffie bij het ontbijt is niet lekker.

Huone oli erittäin tilava. Parvekkeelta oli näkymät merelle ja kaupungin ylitse.
Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, vista magnifica dal balcone. La colazione buona, abbondante e in terrazza panoramica.
La doccia è assolutamente da cambiare. Arredamento in generale un po' antiquato.

The breakfast was nice and it was only a short walk to nice restaurants and the beach
We booked a two bedroom apartment for 4 adults but when we got there they had put us in a one bedroom apartment and added a rollout bed and took the cushions off the 5ft long sofa and called those beds. One couple also had to walk through the actual bedroom to get to the bathroom in the night. When I said this wasn't the room I booked they reluctantly admitted they had made an error when a group booked last minute and so put us in the single bedroom. They didn't tell us in advance because 'it was basically the same'. Only one of us was short enough to even fit on the sofa and there was no air con in that room. I demanded a refund and they offered to give us back the difference between what I paid and the cost of booking a single bedroom apartment which on that day was only 20 euros difference. When I said that was insufficient and I would go through booking.com, they threatened to give me nothing off. They then offered to give me more money off in cash from their purse if I agreed to say we never showed up (so wouldn't be able to review them). Again I refused and eventually they gave me half the money back. It felt very shady and disrespectful and it was a very uncomfortable night. Also the bar looks lovely but is only open for the pool times so we couldn't have a drink after our meal like I had hoped.

The breakfast could have been more varied and to include items as advertised; breakfast room needed air conditioning. The reception was mostly unattended. The location was difficult to access. Parking was limited and on a hill with high grade.

Perfect location, room was on the 3rd floor with an amazing view to the sea and the islands. We stayed during may and it was very calm in Tolo, in some restaurants we were almost alone to eat, with maybe 1 or 2 tables extra, we liked it, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool was very nice and relaxing. The staff is very friendly.
We arrived really late during the night to check in so the key was arranged for us to pick up at reception to be able to get into our room 🙏
Breakfast is on the top floor with a perfect view to start the day!
Breakfasts is not very varied, gets a little boring to eat the same every morning.

Great location in Tolo, we could see the sea, swimming pool and the city from our window. The room was clean, big and comfortable, the breakfast was small, but it was more than enough. The swimming pool is also on the small side, but again more than enough. The sea is just a few minutes walk, free car park.
The last, but not the least the staff were friendly and obliging.
Weather when we went, but the hotel doesn't have anything to do with that :-))

The breakfast: not enough choice and quantity (one day they run out of tomatoes, another day of bread). But the waitress were very nice and trying their best to help.
No elevator: super not disabled friendly!! The breakfast is on the top floor but only accessible by stairs.

Everything about the accommodation. friendliness at breakfast ...
I paid twice :). There was absolutely no response or will from the staff/owner to solve this issue. Had a bonus from Covid times, and couldn't use it, nor resolve the issue when there personally. Tons of emails and calls, but nothing. Otherwise, very nice people ... unfortunately no solution for me. Nothing wrong with the place, but they will not see me or my guests anymore ... too bad. Be careful when reserving or making a mistake, that's it ... there's no way back :)

We loved the location..near beach, restaurants and shops. It is a 10 min walk which is uphill on way back.
We were on 3rd floor (NB no lift) really comfortable rooms with an amazing beautiful seaview. Sitting on the balcony was bliss. Also a lovely mountain view from the kitchen balcony. Delicious breakfast on the 4th floor with that incredible view was fantastic!
The pool is lovely with a little bar for drinks..again with the view.
The rooms are spotless. The staff are delightful friendly and helpful.
The shower was a little strange but fine once you worked out the controls. There are additional jets but couldn't work them out and then once a big jet of water shot out overhead!

Plenty of choices for breakfast.
We booked the 2 bedroom apartments with sea view for families (2 kids). First the staff explained that they don`t have room for us (we booked it more than 1,5 month before). They offered for has another accommodation, Ιliana Αpartments in Tolo. Ιliana Αpartments accommodation was not suitable for our family (lower level accommodation, it is not conceivable that children go to the pool alone in another house - the staff thought this proposal are okay) and in the end they still found a room for our family. The explanation by the hotel was very rude. Very tight parking. We didn't cook in the kitchenette, no pots or pans or there was no socket in the kitchen for the kettle. Very small bathroom. Hotel has beautiful view, swimming pool.

Very good location in a quiet area, walking distance to the beach and the main road. Parking available. Spacious rooms with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony. The hotel is very clean and well kept both inside and around the pool and bar area. Tasty breakfast with local touches in the breakfast room with a beautiful view of the bay. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The room and the ocean views were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was quite nice.

The hotel is lovely - reminded me of holidays I regularly took with my family in the Mexican Pacific (Puerto Vallarta area to be more precise). In fact, I was overcome by nostalgia my first day in the pool - the music was actually Mexican pop from the 80s! That brought me sheer joy. Having said that, the facilities reflect the 80s. But for a family, it is fine. I wouldn't recommend for a romantic journey. We also had the top floor - 2 bedrooms, facing the beach and pool. That was lovely. The staff is wonderful - very kind people at every turn. They will go out of your way to make you feel comfortable.
The kitchen facilities. Seems like a waste of space, as it's clearly not meant for cooking. Perhaps consider making it into a sitting room.

The room was renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The shower system was faulty, and water pressure was inconsistent to the point that sometime you couldn’t shower.

We didn't cook in the kitchenette but noticed no pots or pans but we are sure if you asked the staff they would get some for you.
Note there is a short (100m?) steep hill to the property from the town and beach, and also breakfast room is on 3rd floor and should consider this if have limited mobility.

Pool and cleanliness were lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. view was lovely too!
The breakfast selection was mediocre and quality wasn’t great. plugs don’t work when you leave the room, so unable to charge devices unless present. some plugs didn’t work. shower was very small and not practical. kitchenette could’ve been bigger in our room as well.

We had a big apartman with a kitchen, with own terrace. The pool is perfect, the beach is within walking distance. The breakfast was really delicious.
The bath was a little bit small.

Our air con didn't work, and we couldn't find a member of staff to speak to despite going to reception a few times each day. Staff were very apologetic and concerned when we told them on check out though.
Although there were two hobs in the kitchen there weren't any pans to cook with.
