The staff was wonderful. The hotel was well situated, clean, and quiet. The breakfast had hot and cold options.
However, Hotels.com charged the advertised rate the first night, then doubled the fee for the 2nd and 3rd nights. I definitely would recommend booking directly with the hotel instead of a third party.

Our stay was great & we had a view of the mountains to watch the balloons in the morning! Breakfast was ok. Only thing missing was a full length mirror a mirror in the main room. Otherwise it was very nice & staff was friendly & helpful!

Quiet hours weren’t enforced, which was disappointing as the quest across the hall had her music playing fairly loud from midnight until 8am. Also, the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Entire experience was wonderful. Prior to arrival we called to ask about shuttle service and the gentleman we spoke with shared Winters is a small town, no shuttle, no late contract drivers available. Provided details the trip to Cache Creek is a two lane dark rural road. We made early decision my husband would be the designated driver for the return trip back to the hotel. Room was great, no issues from check in to check out!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The had a free breakfast with different options. It wasn't the best breakfast by any means but free is great!

Our room was perfectly prepared, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Upon arrival, our room was so clean and housekeeping really took the time to make sure we had plenty of towels, bedding etc. Absolutely wonderful! The front desk clerks were so helpful & friendly. The only thing we didn't like were the breakfast choices. Their choices were too fancy, just bacon/sausage & eggs would have been sufficient.

We were greeted by enthusiastic staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised when we were informed of their complimentary breakfast.

Our go-to when visiting daughter in Winters. Now the breakfasts have been a little lacking but other than that it is a quite nice hotel. The staff is always so helping and they always seem happy to see us. Nice feeling.

The hotel is fairly new and modern so it doesn’t have worn out stuff. The rooms are very nice, we enjoyed that part. The staff, especially Luciano who was outstanding, were all very professional, helpful, and accommodating.
A lot of people who are attending weddings stay at this hotel because of the local Park Winters venue. The rooms are missing a full length mirror as well as the usual vanity mirror in the bathroom. Both a huge must for women getting ready for a wedding. Or any other event. We had to go shopping for a vanity mirror and we all used the full length mirror in the hall by the elevator when no one was watching. Those two items in each room would be very helpful.

While the property looks nice and clean, the air conditioner is so noisy we could not sleep. Our friends in another room had the same experience. The vent in the bathroom made a loud whistling noise which made being in there intolerable. No mirrors in the room at all and very cheap, lousy coffee maker.
