Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group stayed in the Dock Holiday with Carriage House for a couple nights. Overall the experience was fine, and the house was perfect for us. However, when we arrived and attempted to go inside the house our door code would not work. We contacted management and someone came by to help us out. They told us to wait about 10 minutes for the code to take effect; which we did. When the 10 minutes was up, we tried the code which still didn't work. I tried calling back the management office to get the problem resolved but apparently whoever was working had left for the day and I was greeted with a message stating "the office is closed, please leave a message." When I tried to leave a voicemail message, it said the mailbox was full. So there was no way to actually contact the office aside from email. I emailed them and waited. It wasn't until the next afternoon when the management office called. I was showering at the time so I missed the call. They did not leave any sort of message about the issue. Our problem was finally resolved later that afternoon by one of the maintenance workers giving us a "master code" for the door locks. The whole situation was far from professional.
