The weekend stay we had was perfect, the condo was completely clean, the location was amazing with a view of the water and a very quick beach access, and it felt very private since no one could really see onto your balcony and you can’t hear any noise from neighbors. I would definitely recommend taking a vacation here!

We so enjoyed our stay. Place was perfect size for two people. No complaints and bed was super comfortable. Very clean! We went for our belated Anniversary and our hosts left us a card and candy in room. That was so thoughtful and nice!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Beautifully decorated studio apartment Right ON the beach edge, and isolated from the usual commercialized beach areas one usually experiences. Furnishings were comfortable and very accommodating. We did quite a bit of cooking during our stay, and found just about anything one would need to do such in the fully stocked kitchen.The kitchen is also furnished with modern appliances,and the usual standard staples (S&P, sugar/sweeteners, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc...). Also, a Keurig Coffee maker & coffees. The balcony gave us a direct view of the beach, with the surf within a couple hundred feet. The ocean breeze completely filled the apartment when opening a bedroom window and the sliding glass door from the balcony. EXTREMELY refreshing, and one of our favorite attributes. The TWO 55" flat panel Smart TVs (Bedroom & Living room) with the most modern capabilities proved to be MOST enjoyable. They both are loaded with cable services, already, including premium programming. We were even able to log into our own accounts, and watch our own content. Ample parking with two parking passes provided. The managers (Sam & Melissa) for this unit are Extremely responsive and thoughtful. We were celebrating out 25th wedding anniversary, and were surprised to find a beautiful anniversary card, as well as a cake in the refrigerator, upon arrival. We had a Perfect vacation in this unit, and would highly recommend it to anyone. We WILL be back

Condo very cute and well stocked with little essentials. Only issue we had was large equipment operators building up the area with sand bags etc. Necessary but a bit loud. But I'm sure they don't do that year round.

Such a cute condo. Very cozy and clean, with everything we could need. I'll definitely look to reserve this condo again when we come back to the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing time at the condo! The pictures of this condo do not do it justice--it is crisp, clean, cozy, and beautiful. It was bigger than we expected (the perfect amount of room for 2), completely updated, and stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the location at the top of the island away from the hustle and bustle. I was so impressed with the communication from the hosts, they responded to our questions quickly and were sure to reach out to us to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be booking this hidden gem again for another stay!

Very clean and tidy except for dusty ceiling fans. Comfortable, quiet. Very close to the water. Difficult access to beach at high tide. Plenty of space on the beach at low tide.

The split unit was a concern because it was hot for 3 days and it just wasn’t cool enough to sleep comfortably. The air unit is far away from the bedroom My concern was what it would be like in the really hot summer months. For that reason, I wouldn’t stay in this condo during the hot months. But it’s perfectly fine for 2 people in the cool months.

This is my second stay. If there is ever help needed with anything, Pam is quick to respond and take care of things. It's clean, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen and the view is awesome, right on the beach! I'll be back next year!

I was looking for a smaller place for just me to have some time away after a busy work summer. Pam’s place was perfect! Communication up to, through and after my trip was a breeze. I thought the bed reviews were exaggerated until I slept on this one-now I want my own. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basics so you don’t have to schelp a bunch of extra stuff which is great for me since I fly in. We had a tinsy issue with the parking pass being taken by the last guest, but that was out of Pam’s control, as is the beach erosion that others mention. I found a simple tide tracker and was able to plan my beach time accordingly. Being on the third floor is no joke but I need the exercise. NTB is a little isolated as far as restaurants and whatnot but that’s exactly what I was looking for. My ONLY suggestion would be for some new/higher balcony chairs to better enjoy the view but that’s being pretty knit-picky. I left rested and rejuvenated. 10/10! I’m already pondering dates for next year!

Perfect spot for oceanfront getaway.

Pam was super responsive with a couple issues we had with cable and drain. The unit itself was very clean. The beach area was not very useable…tide very high by us. So much so, thankful we were on 3rd floor! They also were trying to build up shore I think and there was sand everywhere. All over parking lot, sidewalks, just felt dirty….outside.

Really satisfied with everything from booking until checkout at 11am. Nice, clean, well maintained condo. If the tv is easy to use, and the shower works well...we're satisfied, and they were great.

Pam's place was cozy and just as pictured. The bed was super comfy! She had a lot of amenities from shavers, toothpaste, and safety pins to band aids.

Very cute, beachy and spotless. Host was very responsive.

We loved the views and had an amazing time! Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. Had a slight issue at first with lock and the Host got back with us asap! She’s great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! Wish it never ended.

We stayed here last year for our honeymoon and returned this past weekend for our first wedding anniversary. Just as before, our host was amazing! Extremely responsive and assisted us with a few questions. Can't wait to return! Beautiful location. Clean. Safe. Even on a rainy afternoon, they setting is so beautiful. We sat on the back porch and enjoyed the storm.

The condo is spotless. But, the beach erosion is unfortunate.

We stayed June 29-July 3.. Perfect stay. The condo was clean, the space was just right. Pam was quick with the reply to my messages .! They are about 30 steps but it’s easy going up. Not alot of people on the beach and around the condos but the ones who were around was beyond nice. Family friendly place. Already planning our 2023 trip back .! 10 out of 10.

Just the right place for a long weekend away from work. Nicely decorated and a great view from the balcony. New tempurpedic mattress was fantastic, didn't want to get up and enjoy the beach.

Pam's condo is very clean and welcoming with many added and thoughtful touches (disposable razors, toothbrushes, shampoo, etc), Communication with the host was excellent.

The rental was super clean. The owner was very responsive. The best feature of the rental was the view from the balcony. The bed was also super comfortable. Perfect getaway for two people. We would definitely stay here again!
