The hotel was extremely convenient to Newcastle town center, the room and property were exactly as described extremely clean and host was extremely cooperative. Recommended.

The room was large and spacious, it was also incredibly conveniently located on the ground floor for us. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely book here again if we are in the area.

We stayed as we had to be close to the hospital, which is in walking distance. Would stay again for a short break or holiday. Thank you to the staff you were very kind.

Great little find, cheap and easy to access. Stayed here for 1 night while working and visiting family. Arrived late and Kevin texted me the details regarding self check-in. Clean, comfortable and the coffee is greatly appreciated. Only downside is the bathroom being so far away but considering I was there less than 12 hours I can't really argue. I will be staying here again.

The toilet for the room was on a different floor. It was apparently just for my room, but clear others used it too.

Lovely secure property with all anemities accounted for. Kevin met me at the door to go through some details and answer any questions I had, he also kindly upgraded my room for the night! Room was spacious and spotless with microwave, mini fridge and great power shower. A folder was also provided which had useful info about the hotel and the local area. Will definitely be staying here again, thanks Kevin!

Stayed there loads of times. Great rooms (can only speak for twins and doubles). Easy and friendly check in. Only gripe - no teaspoons.

Functional and clean within easy reach of town centre

The location of isuites is idea & easily accessible from the motorway. Room was immaculately clean & well presented & had everything you could possibly need (including a fridge, worktop & sink area) ... Would definetly stay there again 😁

Great place to stay ideal for us as travelling to Alton towers. Room was clean and tidy only downside bed wasn’t the comfiest. Would stay again :)

Friendly service. Clean accommodation with en-suite, large screen tv, fridge in room and shared kitchen access. Good value for money.

I arranged a late check in so I rang the doorbell and Kevin came over to help me get my key and get into the room. Really clean room, made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated the laminate flooring, which can be mopped. I would have liked a mug and tea spoon - maybe these were available in the shared kitchen but I didn't see any. Great to have a mini fridge, kettle, and microwave in the room. Shower was good. Would definitely return. I have stayed in a few places in the town and this was the best, because of the cleanliness and the fridge. (The old places have gross old carpets and I find I don't get really comfortable in the room because there is no way that it's possible to keep that flooring clean after all these guests and years.) Checkout from isuites was a key Dropbox, which was convenient. Thank you for a good overnight stay at isuites.

I’ve stayed in quite a few places for work and this has been by far the best place. The host was very friendly and the room itself was spacious and extremely clean. The only issue was that under the bed hadn’t been cleaned so if that was done it would be perfect. However if I was to visit stoke again I would 100% stay there again.

This is a terraced house in a fairly run-down back street closer to Stoke than Newcastle u Lyme with very limited on road parking. I was not e-mailed the check in information and when phoned I was told by a male that he would come down to let me in. I felt unsafe and so did not check-in.

Place is nice way too too costly 60 quid for a night..

It was very fantastic, I have known kevin since i started my shifts in stoke-on-trent. Very Gentlemen and warm as always. the room is very clean and very large as I didn't expect it. (the room I reserved) room was so warm and bed is new, I should say all is new from floor to ceiling. I am definitely giving them 10/10 for my stay. and will be booking for more after my first stay. _-S.Usman
