The room was very comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better.

Pool, outside, spa not operable or able to be used.

New and spiffy

With all the nearby construction, it was difficult to access the property not request. Strangely, there was a large Peloton exercise bike in the middle of the room. It ruined the vibe.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

Breakfast was not available at 6:30am on Sunday morning when we checked out, causing us to Purchase breakfast elsewhere. The entire reason we chose the Hampton was the convenience of breakfast which we didn’t get the opportunity to partake in

The facility is a new building

The room and the lobby are clean and quiet.

The breakfast was excellent for complimentary meal. The cable tv wasn’t working in our room so I called the front desk and they moved us to a different room, no hassle involved. That was much appreciated because I had driven all day and just wanted to shower and relax and watch a little tv before bed. Great service.

I didn't get the opportunity to stay. There was no advance warning that the room fee wasn't all I needed to cover.

Some sort of advance notice that in addition to the room rate, either a deposit or cc would be required, and the staff didn't explain that a cash deposit would work, I was simply told I couldn't use my PayPal debit card, even though it was accepted to reserve the room. Also, if I hadn't filed a complaint, I would've still been charged for the reservation.

Everything. Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.

the outside construction, was not easy to get in the parking lot.

The beds and bathroom were well-designed and we appreciated the barn door aesthetics. W stay at Hampton Inn's often and are accustomed to the breakfast offering.

We were not overly impacted but we passed the entrance by mistake. I know that as your hotel is completed the entrance will be more clearly defined.
