Chill out with the provided camping chairs, on the 2 supplied outdoor mats listening to music on the Rockford Fosgate indoor/outdoor audio system. Other things that are included in the rig are: Full Kitchen Utensils, Pots, Pans, Silverware, Spices, Keurig coffee pot, Toaster, Blender, some spices etc... Bathroom towels and wash clothes. Limited Bedroom linens are supplied, with Extra Pillows and some blankets Renter must bring extra bedding such as comforters and blankets for bunk and pull-out couches. Enjoy some down time playing a few board games or a deck of cards! Also supplied is Trash Cans, Vacuum, Broom, cleaning supplies, small propane Grill, outdoor tables and RV specific toilet paper. All you should need to bring is Food, Clothes, and Toiletries. In order to fully take advantage of this unit, a 50amp full service site is recommended. If a 30amp electric service is selected, some features of the unit will be inoperable. WE OFFER THE OPTION TO BRING UP TO 2 DOGS. NO MORE, OR OTHER ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. THIS RENTAL IS A DELIVERY AND SET UP BY OWNER. RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSPORT UNIT FROM CAMPSITE DURING RENTAL. RENTERS WILL NEED TO RESERVE SITE AT A CAMPGROUND THAT IS LARGE ENOUGH TO HANDLE A 40 FOOT LONG 5TH WHEEL, 14 FEET TALL. RENTERS WILL PROVIDE OWNERS WITH CAMP CONTACT AND LOT NUMBER 1 WEEK PRIOR TO RENTAL. THERE WILL BE A $100 CLEANING/PREP FEE. AND A $50 WASTE ELIMINATION FEE IF SITE DOES NOT HAVE SEWER HOOKUP. THERE WILL BE FREE DELIVERY UP TO 30 MILES OF ITS HOME. ANYTHING BEYOND THAT WILL BE AN EXTRA $2.00/MILE ***RV OWNER RIGHT TO CANCEL AT DELIVERY IF SITE IS NOT ACCESSABLE WITHOUT A REFUND. YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SITE IS ACCESSABLE FOR THIS RV. THE HEIGHT OF THE CAMPER IS 13 FEET 8 INCHES AND OWNER WILL NOT DRIVE DOWN A ROAD OR PATH THAT HAS LOW HANGING TREES OR 2 TRACK ROADS. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY LARGE RV.*** ****RENTERS WILL ARRIVE AND REGISTER AT CAMPSITE AT CHECK IN TIME AND THEN GIVE RV OWNER 1 HOUR TO SETUP AT CHECK IN TIME UNINTERUPTED BY RENTERS. OWNER WILL CALL RENTERS IF THE SETUP IS COMPLETED EARLIER THAN THE 1 HOUR ASKED. AT THAT TIME RV OWNER WILL GIVE A COMPLETE WALK AROUND AND TOUR OF INSIDE OF RV WITH DIRECTIONS*** ****RENTERS WILL VACATE CAMPING SITE 1.5 HOURS BEFORE CHECKOUT TO LEAVE RV OWNERS TIME TO BREAKDOWN RV UNLESS AGREED UPON AT TIME OF DELIVERY***
