24hours breakfast, spacy room, AC, great location for the boat to Messina.

I had some communication problems. Phonecall was not answered...............

Location is 50m. away from railway station and 150m. away from ferry to Messina. Breakfast is open and available at all times.

Long wait (20') to gain access, in spite of having communicated (confirmed) times of arrival. Breakfast is unattended and based only on packaged stuff. I could not get toaster and coffee machine to work.

Newly decorated, clean and comfortable. Opposite the railway station and 2 minutes from the car ferry. Parking in small car park in front.of the building was easy to find. Help yourself breakfast meant I could leave at my convenience in the morning. Owners turned up 2 minutes after I called to let them know I had arrived. Dog friendly!

All was good

The property is brand new everything is good decor and modern ultra clean nice bathroom with shampoo etc . Easy check in you have to message . Breakfast was help yourself coffee toast lots of tarts cookies cakes cereals and fruit juice and fruit . . The owner took me to his restaurant and I knew it would not be cheap but the meal I had was very good and not overpriced. Best bit it’s 1 minute from the railway station 2 minutes from the Sicily ferry . Recommend.

Don’t be put off by the exterior of the property which is not good

It wasn’t the hosts fault but there was no hot water at all couldn’t find the system in case it had been turned off so no shower for us. Lucky we left early and have since arrived at our accommodation in Zurich and we have plenty of hot water 💦

Good selection of food for breakfast. Clean, comfortable, very close to the station.

Breakfast bowls for the cereal. Hard to stop the cereal escaping on a plate.
