The location was not far from Summerside so the drive into town was easy. The location was spectacular and the house was immaculate, comfortable and cozy. Thalia the host was fantastic with clear communication about house and area. We felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommend this place especially and only wish we had more time to enjoy the stay. Top notch rental!

What an incredible place. Hosts were really flexible, responsive, and caring. The view from the house was magnificent, and the beach below was so private. Can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this property. All of us agreed it was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Check in and communication were very easy and Thalia shared information and recommendations in advance, which was helpful. The house is very well stocked and organized, from spices if you want to cook to extra blankets and glasses. The beds are comfortable and there are thoughtful nightlights by each bed. The view from the house is amazing and there is plenty of space to sit and relax or let your kids run off their extra energy. We’d be happy to return again.

Our stay was nothing less than perfect! This deserves 5+ stars, and I highly recommend. Thalia’s home on Sunbury Cove was spectacular. It had everything we needed, some things we didn’t know we needed, and some very thoughtful additions that we truly enjoyed. It was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable with soft sheets and warm duvet. And the views!! What better way to start the day with a coffee overlooking the water?! What better way to end the day with a beverage overlooking the water?! The water views and beach walks were amazing with lots of shells and the odd gem of sea glass if you look hard enough. The dogs loved running on the lawn, or just falling asleep on the plush carpet. The location was ideal for us: quiet with a handful of really great neighbours, but close enough to towns and Charlottetown for easy day-trips. Thalia, thanks to our stay in your home, this was the first vacation in a long time where I’ve felt relaxed and rejuvenated. It’s very evident that you take pride in your home and go the extra mile to ensure your guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. I wish the world were filled with hosts like you. A beautiful house located on a wonderful site. The beauty of the ocean combined with the quietness of the surrounding and the care the owner put in details to make our stay confortable were amazing. The long walks on the private beach were delightful. We will always remember this fabulous vacation.

It was inestimable to experience the sea, see the view and elevate our souls to relax at St-Nic’s Sunsets Cove’s ‘Nest’. Life can’t get much better! Thank you for sharing this place with our family who long needed a bondions get away. Our vacations are surpassing our expectations. What to say about their extremly nice neibhours: Welcoming, friendly, social but discret, caring and attentionate. Our dog was in heaven with the long beach run and enjoyed meeting it’s new friends. Be sure to have reinforced the recall before you let it loose on the beach! We would of stayed much longer in this peaceful place and hope to be back sometime in the future. This cottage was absolutely beautiful. The words thought of everything to at helped us have a wonderful, relaxing stay with the kids. Highly recommend!

An absolutely gorgeous property with a million dollar view. The family loved all the amenities that were provided at this home. The outdoor games were great to keep everyone occupied. The walks along the beach were fantastic with a nice sandy beach only a five minute walk away. Thalia provided a great brochure to help find local things to do and see in the area. Couldn’t have been more impressed with how organized and clean the house was!! We hope to be back soon for a longer stay at this gem.

So enjoyed our stay in this well appointed home with a unreal view of the Northumberland Strait. Everything we needed was in the home and Thalia was a fabulous hostess. If we ever come back this will be our first choice. Great place to kick your shoes off and get grounded. Loved this home!!!

We had come to PEI in November of last year and stayed in Charlottetown. For this trip we wanted to be out of town and on the beach. Thalia and Myles house hit the mark completely. We were a party of five ranging from 12-65 and there was something for everyone. There is not a single detail that was overlooked. The lovey welcome basket had some of our favorite items and it was such a relief after getting in late not to have to worry about where our coffee was coming from the next morning. This really is a home away from home- just bring your toothbrush…. And oops if you forget that never fear Thalia has a few spare. Beds are comfortable, sheets are soft cotton, abundance of pillows and extra throw blankets are everywhere. The coffee bar is awesome. We added some PEI honey to the mix- nothing like a latte with honey and cinnamon overlooking the water to start your day. If you are unfortunate enough to have to work while on your holiday the wifi is excellent. Our kids enjoyed the games and by far the favorite was axe throwing. Everything was picture perfect. We have done a lot of traveling using vrbo, Airbnb, private sites, etc and hands down this property goes above and beyond. You set the bar very high Thalia. You are the model host that people should aspire to be. We can’t wait to come back to see more sunsets on Sunbury Cove. Thank you for starting our summer break off right!

If I could give this more stars I would! For a bunch of overworked nurses, this was the perfect place to relax unwind and feel recharged. The pictures will never do a place like this justice but it is as accurate as it can possibly be without experiencing it in person. If we had somehow lost our luggage and arrived to this oasis we would be lacking for nothing. The most thoughtful host I’ve ever come across. We are rejuvenated and missing it already. Thank you so much Thalia!

Thalia was incredible to deal with. She was accommodating and incredibly thoughtful. The house was immaculate, the views spectacular and every single detail had been thought of. We had a remarkable time staying here and truly felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a waterfront experience. We plan on coming back during warmer weather.
