The hotel is very nice, staff was friendly, room was clean but the parking is very tight. Not much parking available.

This property is excellent. We have stayed here several times and will definitely be back.

On our way through town needed to stop for the night. We were pulling an open trailer with our side by side on it. Lots of others with toys also parked at this hotel. We felt safe staying the night here. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, and A/C worked great! We would most definitely stay here again.

Arrived at about 11:30PM on 7/19 for check in and was greeted rudely by night shift, this right away ruined the stay.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. To start when I arrived in my room and went to shower I found 3 different strands of hair in the shower. I was grossed out but tried to not make it a big deal since I was in a rush so I decided I’ll just request room service on my way out. I walked up to the front desk and the receptionist was on the phone telling someone to stay in their room and not come out. Turns out she called our friend who was placed on a different floor from us. She gave her no explanation.(My friend called me letting me know) I asked her why she couldn’t leave her room she said because there were 2 big dogs (Rottweiler & German Shepard) that managed to escape their room and were roaming the whole floor. It was noticeable she was freaking out and didn’t know what to do so I decided to not request room service at that moment since she had bigger issues going on. After waiting 5 minutes with no solution, my husband decided to step in and offered her for him to try to get the dogs in their room. It was a struggle but he managed to do it. While he was away doing that, the receptionist started making comments how others weren’t willing to help. When in reality my husband shouldn’t be the one risking his life either. They don’t clean the rooms everyday but every other day. When I called at 7:30am to request new towels and toilet paper they said I had to wait until 9am and still never received them. Overall, the hotel is over priced for the experience.

Our dogs got out and the manager was understanding and sweet and did not kick us out even thou our two big dogs may be intimidating but they’re sweet and I’m so happy that she did not actually call the pound and had one of the property people and an LAPD officer put them in a closet for us until we got back. Thank you again for your understanding and as a customer we are sorry. Thank u again Kenney family

property is clean and new, however guess 2 dogs were able to get lose on our floor several times and had to lock down our floor. Since they were lose they end up pooping

Great service and breakfast

This is a nice hotel, but the area is not in the best area. The staff was excellent!

Was passing by during our long trip of nearly 30 hours on our half way mark everyone was very tired and we really needed some rest they let us check in very early like 9am to get some sleep my family even made it to breakfast we only stayed about 8hours I think and we all got good rest. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the cleanliness because I have little ones and there was plenty of spots in the room that house keeping has missed but a main concern was that carpets are very dirty.

Very friendly

It is a newer hotel located on Route 66. So an excellent location for anyone who wants to cruise or drive on Historic Route 66. You can tell it is a newer hotel because it is in good condition. The room was very nice. We were only there for a short night but if I was going to spend some time in Needles, I would stay here again. The staff was welcoming land friendly late at night and early in the morning. If you're asking youself, Why come to Needles well this hotel could be one of the reasons to visit.

Breakfast was good providing most everyone's needs.

The stay was very quiet, clean and comfortable. This was our first time staying at this location. Staff was friendly and professional. I do not give 5 stars for any thing I rate. So 4 stars across the board is a great rating from me. We definitely will be staying here again on our travels.

Front desk was very nice at the time of checking in/out also rooms were clean and spacious, tv was big and beds were firm, the only reason not giving 5 stars is because there was no body/hands soap in shower containers.

Beautiful facility. Good bed and pillows. Super clean. Lot’s of grab bars in bathroom for guest’s mobility issues. Great stay.

Nice place to stay for travelers!

This is a new property in Needles. It is far superior to any other hotel in town, including the casinos across the river. Easy parking, adequate pizza joint next door. Breakfast was average for Hilton properties. Very new, very clean.

Stay was as expected. Room need 2 chairs rather than 1 because of inconvenience of eating meals in the room. One person has to stand to eat or eat on bed which either way is not comfortable or pleasant. If you can’t provide another chair because of budget or financial reasons you should at the least provide a portable bed tray to avoid messes and spills on the bed your customers has to sleep on. I’ve stayed at lower priced MOTELS that provided a small dining table and 2 chairs. This should be standard fixture for “Hilton Brand” which expectations not met here.
