Loved everything about this house, 10 minute walk into town, lovely walks with the dogs

In a great location, 10 minutes walk into town, good off the road parking for 2 vehicles, very clean, the owner was very helpful and always replied to messages 😊. Over looking the river was a bonus from the patio, great facilities inside and out. We all would definitely come back.

The only fault that you could say was the A5 main road through the town got noisy with the early morning traffic, but not enough to put us off going back.

Nice modern accommodation. All you need for a small group. Although it’s located on the edge of town, it’s an east walk into the centre.

The only negative about the place is the busy road and associated noise when the window is open. We were in the front room and the traffic starts early and is constant. we needed the window open as the house got rather warm, but when closed it’s quiet.

Absolutely LOVE this house it’s beautiful the balcony over looking the river is just a huge bonus

The house looked like a new build and is in a good location within walking distance of Llangollen. It provided a very comfortable stay for our group with 3 small double bedrooms with good firm mattresses. The property was very clean and warm and all the kitchen appliances etc looked new. There was a useful welcome pack including milk in the fridge. Lovely outside seating area overlooking the River Dee and parking space at the front of the house.

On a busy road but very quiet inside the property.
