Probably the best hotel I’ve visited. The environment was lovely and the Food was first class and Guest were well catered for.

Majority of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Customer service desk staff were great. The hotel was spotless. The grounds are beautiful and the boardwalk to the beach amazing. The selection of food on offer was fantastic and very varied. We were here for a wedding and everything was exceptional. The half board rate was very good value for money.

One or two of the reception staff could have been more helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was great they had everything you would want. The pools were clean and the beach was only a three minute walk.

The nudist section of the beach was too near the hotel and it upset my daughter very much.

How the hotel was “money grabbing “ For example I had paid for 2 breakfast on day of departure.. but as we were going earlier than when breakfast was provided I was offered a breakfast box for €5-10 each Also booked on the tour bus Only to have to cancel as we waited an hour before the bus arrived and that was after being given assurance that it was arriving immediately

breakfast is very complete, rooms are great, most staff is very nice and helpful and it's all very spacious and clean

a lot of the food has seed oils, olive oil/fats should be favored instead - especially on grilled meat/fish, etc car charger is only 2 spots, no control over who just leaves the car after charging and it's ultra slow indoor pool area smells a lot like bleach, too much really. whatsapp service never responded back during my whole stay no live music in the lobby bar on saturday - believe this was not the case before

it was well maintained, the buffet food was top notch, and the staff are so respectful and kind. Miguel from reception was so nice to us. He treated us, especially my husband like his friend. we were anxious as it was our first holiday as a family in a foreign country and to meet such a lovely person like him was like a breath of fresh air.

Swimming hats were mandatory for the swimming pools however, this we not advised before arrival therefore I had to buy a hat for 5 Euros It would have been nice to know this Information before arriving so we would not need to buy one for additional cost when arriving and could bring our own.

Good range of food at breakfast and dinner.very clean environment and beautiful grounds. Very easy to access the beach , even with a stroller.

Had hoped that there would be more kids/toddler baby facilities. Indoor Swimming pool was slightly cold. The nursery didn't offer stay and play for mums who are not comfortable leaving their children with total strangers

not much, staff we more not over friendly or inviting. Found the hotel to be bland, rooms aged and not very well kept.

rooms being cleaned at 5PM when the room has been empty ALL day. hotel had one restaurant open (not explained when booking) the buffet of all things, overall extremely disappointing. breakfast not great, below average. we have been to the Algarve many times, on this occasion we thought we would try a different hotel, we will not return to this hotel again.

Excellent value proposition plus the stuff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Specifically, Oxana from the reception was the one helping us with questions, and she was very helpful and attentive to details

The bathroom and the toilet are not separated from the bedroom. While it’s technically possible to get privacy while using both, it’s impossible to use either one without waking your roommate up when doing so at night or before the other person wakes up

Dinner was not perfect for 5-star hotel. Hotel looks tired, should be renovated.

Buffet restaurant lacked atmosohere

Nice value for the services offered during off peak season. The room was comfortable. The reception staff and Helia the concierge were very helpful. The location is amazing.

The restaurant service was poor, understaffed and with long queues for the live cooking station. The housekeeping was also very slow, only cleaning our room in the late afternoons. Overall, I understand that a lot of amenities were closed due to the off peak season, but the 5 star service standards still need to be maintained.

Bathing ropes were too old to be used , staff was bit slow as compared to my previous experience in other holidays

The reception and restaurant staff were especially warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. I especially liked that hot plates were provided so that hot food stayed hot.
