뷰가 가장 좋았어요. 깔끔한 편이고 가성비가 좋아요. 이부자리가 너무 편안해서 매일 밤 꿀잠 잤습니다. 여행자 거리와는 좀 멀지만 그만큼 많이 걸으면서 방비엥을 더 만끽할 수 있었어요. 조식은 소소하지만 맛있었습니다.

다른 후기들처럼 배수구의 물 빠짐이 열악했어요. 동남아 어디든 그렇겠지만 수돗물이 깨끗하지 않으니 샤워필터 꼭 챙기세요. 그리고 아주 작은 개미들이 좀 있습니다. 닭들이 시끄럽다고들 하는데 이틀째부터는 적응돼서 닭소리가 안 들리면 오히려 허전해요.

- Probably best view in vang Vieng from 6th floor with balcony - amazing front desk (especially Mim). helped me with many booking and inquires, above and beyond - generally very clean and comfortable - easy walking to main street yet far enough to enjoy the view and less noise

These were fine with me as I'm not fussy but I thought I'd set expectations so people don't get disappointed. - bathroom facilities not in top shape, water would pool from shower and not go down, I had to block it from entering rest of bathroom - small traces of ants - no wardrobe - security box not secured to anything

The staff was super friendly, they help you out wherever they can and it is also best to book the tours with them. There is also a laundry service. The view is also very nice from the room!

there was a weird smell in the room. And unfortunately the inclination of the shower floor was wrong so the water didn’t go into the drain but was rather at the bathroom floor and the toilet

Nice view and large rooms. It‘s in a quieter area but only a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants and bakeries. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room wasn‘t the cleanest and the AC made some funny noises. Although breakfast was included we never ate there as you only get some dry toast with Nutella or noodles but there are plenty of great bakeries a couple of minutes away.

The rooms were huge, lovely hot showers and the comfiest bed!

The pool is cold, under shade and small. Still nice to dip in after a hot day but not an area you could chill out in.

Der Blick von den oberen Etagen in den Westen zum Sonnenuntergang ist toll, v.a. Bei Zimmer Mit Balkon. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Am südlichen Ende der Stadt gelegen in ruhiger Lage, aber alles noch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten zwei Situationen, wo wir uns schwer getan haben unsere Anliegen dem Personal verständlich zu machen. - bei Einzug haben wir kleine Ameisen im Wasserkocher gefunden. Wir wollten das Gerät getauscht haben, haben aber dann das gleiche Gerät wenig gründlich gewaschen zurück bekommen. - am zweiten Tag ging dann die Spülung vom WC nicht mehr und wir haben das reklamiert und dem Reinigungspersonal sogar gezeigt. Am Abend hieß es „Problem gelöst“, aber wir mussten am späten Abend feststellen, dass die Spülung immer noch defekt war. Nach erneuter Reklamation und Demonstration beim Hotelmanager am nächsten Morgen haben wir dann schnell ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Schade, dass man uns in beiden Fällen nicht schneller und besser verstanden hat. Aber das waren wahrscheinlich zwei Ausnahme-Situationen, die wir da erlebt hatten…

Gute Lage, gute Aussichten, freundliches aber hilfloses Personal.

Die Mängel anderer Besucher aus den Vormonaten waren immer noch nicht beseitigt. (Bad laufend unter Wasser, Pool schmutzig oder ganz ohne Wasser, Wasserhähne wackeln und spritzen überall hin) Da sich der Eigentümer weigert, selbst kleinste Reparaturen fachmännisch ausführen zu lassen, sollte booking.com dieses Hotel vorläufig aus dem Angebot streichen.

Beautiful views, especially in the morning as the hot air balloons go by. Staff is friendly and will help you book rides and tickets.

Lost a sock doing laundry and now I’m without socks. Water in bathroom doesn’t drain, so bathroom is sort of flooded halfway all the time. Breakfast wasn’t good. Limited and what was there wasn’t appealing.

Location and the view was insane. We saw the hot air balloons every night. We had food poisoning 2nd to last day of checking out and the staff helped rearrange our train tickets & extended our stay in our room by one night (at a charged fee)

Breakfast - it was freezing!! All in bay Marie’s but cold. Pool is nice but you may get black stains on your feet or clothes from the turf floor (not sure what this is). Shower drain was blocked every time we used it.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen: der Putz blättert von den Wänden ab und das Bad sieht ziemlich mitgenommen aus. Bei unserem ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Toilettenspülung plötzlich nicht mehr, also haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, bei dem das Bad aus irgendwelchen Gründen komplett überflutet war, das wir mit einem einzigen Handtuch natürlich nicht trocken bekamen. Später haben wir bemerkt, dass die Po-Dusche tropft und somit das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt. Da das Hotel zu dem Zeitpunkt alle Zimmer mit Doppelbetten statt zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet hat, haben wir also ein neu aufgebautes Doppelbett bekommen, das frisch lackiert wurde und somit auch extrem danach gerochen hat. Ziemlich unangenehm darin dann auch schlafen zu müssen. Dann haben wir das Hotel gebeten unsere Wäsche zu machen: es hieß um 11 Uhr am nächsten Tag wäre sie fertig. Um 11 Uhr am nächsten Tag hieß es, sie ist am Abend fertig. Wir sind dann erst am nächsten Morgen hingegangen, in der Hoffnung, dass die Wäsche jetzt fertig ist. Sie hatten von vier Tüten Wäsche dann eine fertig. Also mussten wir dann nochmal bis zum Nachmittag warten, bis dann alle vier Tüten Wäsche fertig waren. Einfach super nervig. Für ein oder zwei Nächte oke aber für einen langen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert.

Frokosten! Dårlig utvalg, men det værste var dårlig hygiene på frokostrommet og lite tiltalende presentasjon av maten. Varmmat var kald m.m. Vi fikk mageproblemer og ble satt ut i 3 dager…

Love this properly, close to everything and super friendly hosts. This is our second stay here, we decided to come back as we loved Vang Vieng and this hotel so much

Staff were friendly and pleasant.

Couldn’t locate my room key on check in, so was moved to another room on lower floor so no view. Was then told I would have to move the next day, but I refused as this is not relaxing. Fridge smelled. Shower waste was blocked! Breakfast was well below standard.

The staff very nice, the view from the room was stunning, all clean, big room, big bathroom and everything was good 👍

Stayed in the Mountain View Suite Room 601 with fantastic views over Vang Veing up to the Mountains. The comfy ‘egg’ style chair on the balcony was great to sit and watch the sunset with a beer. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Sehr schönes Zimmer im fünften Stock mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und dem Sonnenuntergang. Extrem gutes WIFI in unserem Zimmer: Aufmerksames Personal. Alle Extras (Roller, Auflug ) über das Hotel gebucht, ohne Problem !

der Pool wie der Speisesaal waren nicht einladend und die Betten waren zu hart. Aber sofort eine zweite Bettdecke als weichere Unterlage bekommen

Good location with great staff.

There was a leak in the bathroom so there was always water on the floor and the breakfast was terrible.

The view is lovely from the room, the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a slightly quieter area which is nice but a short walk away from restaurants, the night market and bars

- Room view was amazing - Lady at the reception desk was helpful and nice - Aircon was working, minifridge was huge plus and there was mini size water bottles available always after cleaning👍🏻

- Bed/mattress is uncomfortable for the back - Breakfast is poor - Hotel tried to overcharge us by 1 million KIP, luckily I know the exact rates, so be careful with your money - Bathroom: shower water leaking each time we went to shower, resulting the water to overflow everywhere - Lots of dead bugs and dust under the beds so the cleaning isn’t that efficient - Broken equipments in the shower area

De locatie was goed en er zijn mooie sunsets. Kamer ansich is prima. Verder is het een hotel met potentie, want er zijn wat ongemakken. De jongen in de avond/nachtdienst bij de receptie was aardig, de rest was ongeïnteresseerd.

Het water in de douche loopt niet weg, omdat het afvoerputje hoger ligt dan de vloer. Resultaat: halve badkamer onder water na het douchen. Daarnaast lekt de waterslang bij de wc. Ontbijt niet te veel van verwachten, het kan hygiënischer.

Elegimos una habitación con balcón y la vista hacia la montaña es increíble, la habitación es grande, estaba muy limpio, el desayuno era contundente, te ayudan con la información turística y el personal es muy amable.

El agua de la ducha moja todo el baño, pero les aseguro que es lo mínimo en relación con otros lugares de Asia.

Breakfast was far from acceptable plus each person was allocated 20 flies each . Staff were mainly just there in situ for appearance. Swimming pool was no bigger than a bathtub plus it was under repair and had been out of commision for about 3-4 months. Pricing for activities and transport was higher than elsewhere. The safe in the room was not secured, we had to move rooms due to the shower not working but the safe in the new room did not function so I swapped it with the one from our first room. Door locks on the main door would be easily opened.
