the golf course was okay. the caddy was nice and helpful. the food was okay.

not a 5 star resort. Staff was unfriendly and treated us poorly. They tried to pre-charge us 10 million vnd in case anything was stolen or went missing. Check-in involved signing more documents than getting a bank loan. They tried to keep my id until checkout. At checkout, it took 30 minutes for them to locate a plate that they thought we took, but then found out it was taken by service, then they charged me for 2 beers in the minibar because there were some tiny dents in the cans (that you really had to closely examine to even notice) even though it was their beer and nobody touched it. Facilities close at 6pm. The drinks bar at the pool was closed. Shuttles around the facility were hit and miss. The decor was ugly and reminiscent of something from 1976. not enough outlets in the room for 3 people with devices that need charging.

Very helpful staff, spacious rooms and clean.

Toilet have no firm doors, everything can be heard outside easily, which gives no privacy in the toilet.

Nice view and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Huge swimming pool and golf cart to the beach. Nice balcony.

Restaurant on site wasn’t open so we had to go out for breakfast, although there was a option to have food delivered from the other restaurant. Was quite expensive compared to other places we have stayed at, but maybe because it was a long weekend?

Very disappointed that the hotel does not supply water in room but only on the first day, I have never had this situation at any other hotel, this is the reason we left the hotel early and stayed at Cliff Resort as we planned to stay extra 2 days.
