A great place for a large group - 13. The best equipped kitchen of any rental we ever stayed at. The major negative was the garage parking was difficult to get into ( but it was there). Great beach location. Property management was very easy to work with.

Stayed with 8 women. 2 units combined into one house so space is a bit disjointed but excellent in bedrooms, bathrooms, and privacy. If you are looking for an open concept, this is not for you however it checks every single other box. Location cannot be beat with excellent choices for dining within walking distance from street taco windows (just across the street at Sara's) and excellent sit down options like Cannonball and Coaster Saloon. Great to walk in the mornings and watch all the action of Mission Beach in the heart of all the volleyball courts. Was clutch to have access to a garage although I would NOT recommend trying to park any car larger than a mid-size SUV or a minivan in either. Communication was excellent and supplies were generous in comparison to other VRBOs I have used (instead of only starter supplies, there was plenty for our 4 night stay from towels, toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, paper towels...you name it!) Roof top deck was definitely cool. Great option to at least have air conditioning when most rentals in SD don't. Thank you thank you thank you for a trip to remember. Highly recommend all around.

We had a great stay at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was fabulous. Being able to walk to the beach without crossing Mission Boulevard they were places to eat and get coffee if you could walk to we could just park the cars in the spacious parking and let them sit. The bedrooms were big and accommodated everyone we had one issue with the house notified the company and they were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was just about perfect. The layout is really fantastic four having multiple family groups come along. You can give everyone their own private space and group families together. The location to the beach is absolutely amazing. It was a two minute walk to the sand. There’s a Starbucks right up the street, and lots of food options super close by including a taco place right across the street and a pizza/Italian food restaurant literally across the street. Everything was clean with fresh white linens plenty of towels and lots of extras, including boogie boards, and lounge chairs. The only thing even remotely less than perfect is that the garage parking is very tight located in a small street we were able to fit our Subaru wagon in the garage, but our Lexus SUV and our truck didn’t fit in the garage because the turn is very tight. But there’s really nothing that can be done about that. It’s just the way the house was made. I thought the price of this house was great considering how big it is and how many people it fits, the location is ideal. Property management was incredibly responsive even on a very minor and non-urgent issue. They still sent someone out to deal with a plumbing concern right away. I would absolutely stay here again and as a owner of multiple vacation rentals, I was very impressed.

The house has plenty of room and gives great privacy if you want it and then it also has spaces to be together. Lots of large mounted flat screen TVs that work well if you need some down time. We were able to walk to the ocean, the bay and Belmont park all in one day, in fact back and forth many times a day, everything was very close and within walking distance....... even for the grandparents. The property is exceptionally clean, very well stocked with nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, large fluffy towels and nice bed linens. They even had large beach towels, beach mats, several boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach wagon for us to use. Not to mention the 3 car garage parking at the house, OMGosh, this is worth SO MUCH in this area, no driving around for hrs looking for parking. Plus there is a large balcony where you can view the city lights as well as Sea World fireworks. I would certainly recommend this home.

Great property and we really appreciated having beach gear available to us. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!!!!

Great location steps from the beach and close to the boardwalk/restaurants/shops. We had a couple issues on the first night (smoke detector chirping, thermostat not working). We called the management company who connected us with a local team member. They said they’d check on the thermostat and/or bring us space heaters that night as the house temp was 60 degrees and there were a number of small children under 3 years old in our group. Got a call back from that person saying they were no longer coming that night and they had no space heaters and local stores were closed. They said another team member would come by between 9-10am the next morning to address the issues. We waited til 10am the next morning and no one showed up. The local team member didn’t answer our calls and had no voicemail set up. Called the main Vacasa line and their staff said the ticket was entered but no ETA despite what we were previously told. Their team didn’t come til late afternoon. All they did to try to “fix” the thermostat was turn the unit on and off once. Then they left us with a few space heaters and didn’t even address the chirping smoke detector. There weren’t any extra blankets, either. Kitchen was missing a spatula, the dishwasher didn’t work, and various items were broken (e.g., towel rod). Wouldn’t recommend this home or others managed by Vacasa in the future.

Overall, the house was great and fit our large group. There were 4 parking spots available which was convenient as the parking is not the easiest in this area. The house was close enough to the beach where we could walk and there were plenty of beach chairs and toys. The only concern we had was the AC was not working in the living room or west side of the house and the home was hovering in the 80s in those areas for most of our stay. There were instructions stating to allow a few hours for it to cool down so we wanted to give it time to see if it would ever cool down. Unfortunately, it never did and the weather was in the 90s this past week here.

House was clean, spacious, well equipped, and in a wonderful central location. We had three families there for a few days through Thanksgiving and all really enjoyed our time together and the house!

This is our second time staying here, and we will be booking this house again! It’s the perfect home for my sisters, my parents & our families. The location is great!

Good location within easy walk to ocean and bay. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and Belmont Park. Lots of room for a big group. Enjoyed beach chairs and appreciated beach towels. Some minor repairs needed on house but we had a great time and property management did take care of sink leak promptly. We would stay again.

house was perfect for big family. the AC was not working sent an email they responded right away and had someone out to fix it. perfect location i definitely recommend this house for large family's or groups looking for the perfect spot. thank you again.

All 14 of us had a fantastic stay. I, my kids & grandkids enjoyed every minute. The house was very clean & perfect for accommodating our large group. The location was awesome for very close access to the ocean & the bay. The neighborhood was great with good restaurants, bars etc., plus really close to Belmont park. I was concerned about the parking before we got there. It was tight to get into, but we were thrilled that the garages worked great for our 3 SUV’s & a truck. Not worrying about parking was a relief. We only drove a few times to get groceries & dinner, otherwise we could walk everywhere. Online didn’t list some things that were great, like there was an extra refrigerator in the garage, coolers, beach chairs, a couple scooters, beach towels & toys. The gas grill was great as it was hooked up to the gas line. Online it said we needed to bring a propane tank, which we did & didn’t need to. One toilet didn’t flush very well & a couple drains were slow to drain. One jacuzzi tub wasn’t working. One burner on the stove was crooked & so it didn’t work properly. The kitchen was very well stocked & had good space for us to put all our food. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable beds. It was nice to have two laundry rooms also. We really enjoyed the outdoor space…patio & balcony. The only suggestions I can make are we would have liked maybe a couple of throws for the sofa or blankets available. We highly recommend this property & would definitely consider staying there again if the chance arises. Thank you for making our family get together so amazing!!!

Walkable to dining, shopping, amusement, bay and beach. Pay close attention to parking limitations. The dimensions provided are helpful, but the entry is very tricky.

Great property. 2 masters bedrooms worked great. Other beds very comfortable. Good entertaining space. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. We had a an awesome time

We really enjoyed our week at this property. The house is well furnished, updated, and clean. The location is great. Having two different outdoor spaces was helpful. The house is really divided in the middle between a left and right side — which we found helpful to add some separation between sleeping areas.

Great stay right by the beach. Would definitely come back again :)

The property was clean and the location was great. We did have some problems: hot water heater stopped working on half the bathrooms and it took 2 days to fix. Dishwasher did not clean well (sometimes at all) and the couch has a tear in the seam. Jet traffic was loud and often.

Lots of stairs. Water heater did not perform as well as I would like, but overall a quality house. I would stay there again.
