Staff were friendly. Nice to have a pool that was mostly quiet. Bus stop into centre was a short walk away. Conad supermarket just around the corner (one of the few supermarkets in Albania with gluten free options since it's Italian. Although you won't find any of them outside of Tirana!)

Rooms were not soundproofed as advertised. I could hear people talking in the corridors at 6am every day. There was little thought and care put into the design of the room. For example, there was only one bedside table. The time on the telephone was 6 hours ahead. The control panel for the air conditioning had faulty connections and could only be operated by pushing it into the wall. The kettle was stored on one end of the table where it couldn't be plugged in, meaning you have to move it to the other end--it's a tiny criticism but it just demonstrates a lack of thoughtfulness in the way the rooms are put together, something I'd expect if I'm paying £100 per night. The hot/cold labels on the tap (and shower) were the wrong way around. The shower head(s) were dirty, and there were no instructions for operating the shower. The shower itself was over-engineered. It has wall-mounted jets that have very low pressure, a radio, a light, a steamer (that I couldn't get to work) -- if you want to put in a fancy shower, that's fine, but at least nail the essentials. The two shower heads had a lot of leakage which meant a loss of pressure, and the basin didn't drain quickly which meant after a few minutes you were standing in a couple inches of water. Spa needed maintenance. The aromatic bath didn't work, one of the showers next to the sauna didn't work. It felt a bit like a building site in places, with a 'good enough' attitude in the workmanship. One of the robes they gave me was tattered and missing the 'rope' you tie it closed with. Airport shuttle that's advertised is just a Taxi you have to pay for. Advertising a shuttle implies to me it's included in the price, otherwise it's not a service the hotel is providing and should not be advertised as a feature of the hotel.

Мы остались в восторге от этого места, весь персонал был доброжелателен, сразу как подьехали, помогли с парковкой автомобиля, на рецепции пока регистрировались, дали апельскиновый сок, рассказали, чтотгде и как, при необходимости помогут с багажом. Спа, бассейн и тренажерный зал, все что нужно имеется. Отличный и профессиональный массажист, рекомендуем его посетить, он делает все на высшем уровне, если вам нужен не релакс массаж, то определенно вам к нему. Завтраки более чем сытные и на любой вкус. Номера, чистые, кровать удобная, в нашем номере, был неплохой вид на город. Рядом автобусная станция, в 300 метрах есть оутлет, на последнем этаже, есть детская площадка и отличный ресторан по доступной цене, а также неплохим видом.

В целом все понравилось. Разве что, круассаны на завтрак были пережарены и твердоваты. Зато порадовал брауни. ) Да, и дверь на балконе не закрывалась до конца, но это нам не помешало.
